Let me tell you, I bought a 2020 M2 competition, only because of the standard transmission factor, with lots of accessories. When I got approved,… Karen came back and said the Sales Manager wanted all the accessories paid for or down payment equivalent to the cost, because he had a few bad experience with customers not wanting the car after delivery. After stating my concern and my disapproval. Did you know, Karen went to the General Manager and gotten my vehicle approved with all what I wanted and the little payment I put down. Not just that, Karen kept me informed and in the loop as to the status of the building and delivery of the car. Karen is a great sales person and she will work for you until you're satisfied. I can say, even though I waited for the car for 3.5 months I am one happy and satisfied customer. She checked in & followed up… a year after purchase just to see how much I was enjoying the X5. Most recently, I called her and she was able to provide a part I requested at no charge and I know it took time & effort to get it done but of course she went out of her way for me. Since I was stationed overseas during the beginning stages of car buying experience my situation was some what complicated, but they were… absolutely amazing in meetings my needs and surpassing my expectations. They took care of everything for me from building the car just the way I wanted to even picking me up from the airport everything was seamless. They made sure that the actual paperwork portion was process was quick but very thorough and that before I left the dealership I was familiar with my new BMW so that my driving experience could be the nothing short of perfect. They even called me the next day to ensure I had made it home alright and to see if I had any questions regarding the functionality of my new X3, making me feel truly part of their family! My best car purchase experience so far

I can say that this was best car purchase experience I ever had. Absolutely no pressure. The purchase was held in an… easy and relaxed atmosphere. I really appreciate how David patiently answered all the stupid questions and clearly explained the unfamiliar functionality of the car for us. Allen Kim helped us a lot with all financial matters and made the financial side of the deal very easy.
