    Great service from the AutoNation BMW of Rockville team and my Service Manager, Zach! I had a chassis malfunction warning indicator and the service team did a thorough job identifying the issue as a rear air spring leak. They fixed the problem straightaway and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend to have your BMW serviced by Zach and the AutoNation BMW of Rockville team.

    My car ran into an unexpected issue where the water pump and coolant system leaked. BMW of Rockville was great, and in particular, Zachary was fantastic every step of the way. He was always communicative and helpful. Helped get a loaner as soon as it was clear it was going to take a week to fix the issue. Glad I can trust them with anything that may arise with my car.

    I just had a fantastic experience with BMW of Rockville, MD. I bought another car from them in 2004 and also had a great encounter. I was immediately influenced with all the positive reviews online and now I know why. This time I purchased a BMW 228 xdrive Gran Coupe and I absolutely love it! I was extremely impressed with all aspects of this company and their customer service. They were very friendly, fairly priced, expedient, and accommodating. The end result was just wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Especially our Client Advisor- Patrick Yuen and Jose Vielma the sales manager. They were very knowledgeable, patient, fast, and honest. I shopped many different dealerships and I can't recommend them enough! Thanks

    I needed a car and buying a car for me is worse than a root canal usually. I just completed an absolutely flawless buying experience with BMW Rockville (AutoNation). I saw their listing on Edmunds, contacted the dealer, and completed my purchase all within 3 days. The dealership listing was honest AND they actually had the car in stock. The sales agent was incredibly friendly, competent and wonderful to work with. I can't think of a single way they could have improved my experience.

  • Last Minute Tire Replacement

    On Friday night, I discovered that I had a screw in my back tire. I drove my car down to BMW Rockville Saturday morning without an appointment. They got my car in and switched out the tire. They ordered a Lyft to take me home so I could continue on with my day. Zachary was a wonderful service advisor and kept me updated on every step. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. A+ service.

    My experience with the service department at BMW of Rockville has always been absolutely outstanding. In all the years I've had to take various cars in for service, I have never had such a seamless, professional, easy, experience before! I can't say enough good things about BMW of Rockville's service. The communication I receive from my service representative is truly outstanding. He over communicates, explains every issue clearly and always answers any questions I may have, he continues to update me on timing and progress, and he even checks in with me when I'm almost due for service; even before I receive reminder emails/alerts in my car or in the app. He is so on top of everything, and he makes me feel confident that my car is always in good hands! Jarred Brown is the best service rep, and Matt Reid is a terrific Service Director.

    TOP TIER SERVICE. I don't know about others but I can tell you I do not like the process of buying cars, period. I think that sales people get a bad rep. in general because it can feel super sales-ie. This was not my experience with Rockville BMW. From the moment I was chauffeured from their previous location (My bad), test driving, speaking about the vehicle, leaving to think overnight, receiving a thank you email promptly before I got home, coming back buying the car and being out of there within the hour; Chris Fotos-Lawton was beyond stellar. My only hope is that when it's time for another car I can deal with him and his finance team. I cannot thank you enough Rockville BMW and especially Chris for your true interest in placing the relationship over the sale.

    I purchased a BMW 320i 3 weeks ago at the Rockville BMW. The vehicle makes a diesel like sound. and the salesman, Ben, told me and my brother that BMWs make this sound. I trusted him and purchased the car, but when I picked it up, the car had 1/8 of a tank of gas and reeked of men's cologne. I decided today to double check what the salesman said and found out online that this vehicle should not make this sound! Now I have a car with a potential engine issue!!!
