Offered me a possible $100 "gas" card!
by Jeff Peterson on 12/13/2023What am I to do with a "gas" card??? I lease a 2023 Chevrolet BOLT EUV which is all electric. I even have an electric lawn mower. I have not used gas in 10 years! Please offer something else that I can use. They did resolve the issue with… the Super Cruise by updating the software and recalibrating it. Thank you.Great customer service

by Moe Moore on 08/04/2023I went in for a diagnostic at 8:30am. They did not start on my vehicle until about 10:30am. My car was not finished until about 4pm. I spent an entire day at the dealership because they had no loaner cars or other alternatives to get me… home. There was so many things going wrong in the midst of my car being diagnosed and repaired. If you have to go to this dealership for service be prepared to spend the day. Not to mention while sitting there another customer came to pick up her car and they repaired the wrong car. Took the customer outside to the car and she had to tell them that was not her car. So she had to wait until her car was repaired. Management really needs to have a talk with his/her team.Hi, thanks for the feedback. The salesman said the service department checked all the tires and put air in them and the light would go off soon. When I got home the front right tire was 10 lbs low. So,… there is no way the tires were checked and I wonder what else was neglected by the service department. 2016 Chevy Traverse Service
by Mr. Lehman on 06/19/2023I have bought 4 cars from this dealer and had multiple Chevy's serviced there and I am done with AutoNation Laurel. This was the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. The service Rep, Jim, didn't return calls, I didn't know what was… going on with the repairs and had to eventually just keep hitting 0 to get to someone. Now to the service. One of the issues I had was that one of the tire air pressure sensors needed to be repaired. Not only was it not repaired, now none of the tire sensors work. Additionally, i brought up a transmission issue and Jim's solution to that was to replace the transmission for $10,000. I have subsequently had real automotive professionals look at the issue and it is a repair that can be done for less than half of Jim's quote. So I would like money refunded for the $600 I spent to actually make some of the repair issues worse, I won't be bringing back my car to be held hostage, have a non-responsive service coordinator, and be given price gouging quotes for repairs.
