Dealership Service Review
I went in for a diagnostic at 8:30am. They did not start on my vehicle until about 10:30am. My car was not finished until about 4pm. I spent an entire day at the dealership because they had no loaner cars or other alternatives to get me home. There was so many things going wrong in the midst of my car being diagnosed and repaired. If you have to go to this dealership for service be prepared to spend the day. Not to mention while sitting there another customer came to pick up her car and they repaired the wrong car. Took the customer outside to the car and she had to tell them that was not her car. So she had to wait until her car was repaired. Management really needs to have a talk with his/her team.
