    We went to Nissan in Glen Burnie first and the price per month was 150 dollars more than the deal we got at Auto Nation! This is the third car we have bought from them and the finance people go over and beyond to help you get the deal you want! My son will be looking for a truck soon and I am sending him there! I will always be a loyal customer to Auto Nation !
  • Chevrolet is making it hard to leave the brand

    Oscar in the service department is almost single handedly keeping me in the Chevrolet brand. The new Dodge trucks are calling me, but they take such good care of me I can't pull the trigger.

    the engine work was completed but not in the time that Chevy indicated. I dropped the car off (clean) on July 4th to be returned at the end of my vacation on July 16th. On the 14th I called to see if my vehicle would be ready and the service rep could not give me an answer nor could he provide with information on a loaner. This was a warranty repair. I found out Monday morning at 7 am that my vehicle was not ready. Chevy provided a loaner for which they went over with a fine toothed comb for any scratches, provided stringent rules for the loaner. I returned the loan at 4:30 that evening unscathed. My vehicle looked as if it had been parked under a large bird rookery and was greasy on the exterior. I promptly complained. They provided me a voucher to go get an auto car wash at the nearby Exxon. Not exactly equal service from the service department. This was the 3rd time I have had poor to non-existent service with Chevy in Laurel.

    The service was good. The Service Writer took her time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. The wait time was a bit longer than I expected; 2 hrs, but overall I was satisfied with the service I received.

    From the time I walked in, excellent service was given. The gentleman at the front listened to my concerns and helped answer every question that I had. He was very patient and a good listener. He gave me a wait time and they exceeded their expectations by finishing sooner than they said! After the service, the gentleman explained all that took place and didn't sound "salesy," as most people do to get you to sign on for additional services that they think your car needs. He was really good at explaining the car's results and telling me what I needed to do next. I will definitely be coming back and making the switch to this location over the other that I've been going to.

    I can't speak for every sales person, but the person I did business with was great! If you want a smooth car transaction, honesty, professional attitude, Earl is the perfect person. He wasn't pushy, he was honest, and showed great customer service. He will stay in touch even after your car purchase to make sure you're happy! They provide the carfax and repair info you need to know about the vehicle you want. Just leave your entire day open, because it may or may not take a while. But ask for Earl Raye. He's great!

    Well when I got there I went to go see the camaro and then the guy came and I told him that I wanted one to pay under 500at least and he did everything he could and lowered it 390 a month .. And I gave 2000 down payment so it was good for me .. Satisfied!!

    This was the first great experience I've had in buying a new vehicle. They had the exact Silverado I was looking for and I never felt pressured to make a decision about it. This was the first time I didn't walk away from a new car buying experience with a headache. 5 stars!

  • Overall bad service

    I brought a used car here years ago and didn't have any problems so this was my first choice which was a mistake. I brought a new Cruze with 5 miles sure there are always recalls this car had issues before I got the first hundred miles on it. Received the run and around from my salesman to service advisors. Service is horrible and the service advisors don't follow up with you. Had to wait weeks to get a second key to my new vehicle and it was the wrong key. And they had to refund me because they processed my tag transfer wrong and overcharged me. I am looking for another dealership to handle my service needs.

  • Great car, horrible salesman

    Got a great deal, but came with a price. The salesman was extremely rude, did not provide me with any information and kept telling me how I was making him lose customers and money. If he didn't want to sell me the car, he could have said something, but he decided to be rude and waste 2.5 hours of my time instead. Love the car, didn't love the service. Don't ever ask for Chris.

  • poor care of my car

    I took my 2005 envoy to this shop because of my brakes. they tried to charge me 1500.$ I called the company that fixed my brakes before this they charged me 600.00 for the same job. the reason I know they overcharged was when I told them to out my car back together, the repair man stated if it was a question of money-they could work something out. In addition, they denied the repair claim to both of my extended warrentee companies. My brother who was a mechanic for GMAC for 5 years stated that what they claimed could not be true. I had a tow truck there in several hours. the dealer put my car on the road- not completely assembled. when the tow truck dropped at the other repair shop all of my tires nearly came off the vehicl causing further damage. And they \charged me 100$ for their time. I would never under any circumstances recommend a GMAC vehicle again because they state I have to use their services, and because of this service rendered.When I bought the vehicle, I was told any reputable mechanic.

    I bought my 2008 Pontiac Grab Prix in for a "clunk" in the front end. After having my car for five hours, all I was told was my transmission fluid needed to be changed. What has that got to do with the problem I bought it in for, and why wasn't it checked out? I even took the car in early to be looked at. Five hours from a GM certified mechanic and they found nothing and were more then happy to charge me $200 for my troubles

    I went to the dealer because they told me that since they did not have the car I wanted they could order it. Since they had to order it, they said they would offer me $500 off of the invoice price. After researching here on Edmonds, I printed out the pricing that showed the manufactures, the invoice, and what everyone else is paying. I took it to the dealer and he tried to tell me the manufactures price is invoice price. Then he tried to tell me that the freight cost were not included in the $745 tranport fee. I had initially put down a $500 deposit via debit card on the car. I called the next day to cancel the order and he acted as if he was upset. He said I will get that handled for you and hung the phone up in my ear. Today makes 3 business days I have not seen my refund back in my account.

    My husband and i walked in the dealer and request for a sales person so he could show us the truck we already know we want and have no time to waste, first they gave us a look up and down like we were from some other planet "we are only from another race for god sakes" then they make us wait we could see the sales men sitting at their desk playing with a pen or drinking cafe, i guess they thought we couldn't afford a car and didn't want to bother with us. as soon us some white families came in they were approach by those who were there doing nothing while we were waiting for about 15 minutes or more. once all the sales men were taken by all the other people who came after us... they send a sales man to us that didn't speak any English and i sure don't look like i speak Nigerian either, he took us to the lot and didn't know what year the trucks were,he didn't know the names,he didn't know any specials information all he knew was that he didn't have a key to show us the trucks interior. I said to the guy "you know what i have no need of a sales man to show me the car from the outside i can do that on my own, and i walk away.

    Looking for a truck?...Don't go to this dealer....I was, a little over 1 year ago. 1. Sales girl takes me to lot...can't answer any questions about truck/ shows me last years model..says it's new. 2. Manager comes over when we are back inside and has attitude/flirts with girl. Looks me up and down and will not even negotiate sales price on last years model!

    I am a VA resident now and I have been shopping for a small car, after visiting a few dealers I came across Fox Pontiac. They were very courtious and seen to be very understanding of my needs. I wasn't planning to go buy there but out of the places I have visited and purchased cars before, Fox has been my best experience. I am enjoying my new Pontiac Vibe and I tell everyone about my experience at Fox. Hope you guys keep up the great service you provide.

    They claim to have a shuttle or loaner service, but when I asked about it they said they don't do that, yet another service customer WAS offered a ride to work, when I asked again and pointed out another customer being offered a ride I was told that I must have mis-heard their conversation. It's had to mishear someone talking very loudly in the same room. The television in the waiting room was on a news program I found offensive and was at a very high volume, and when I asked for the channel to be changed or the volume lowered I was told they can't do that and they don't have a remote for that television. They said nothing when I pulled a chair under the TV, lowered the volume and changed the channel via the buttons on the front of the TV. I went in for an oil change, brakes acting odd, and my check engine light being on and for $100 was told that it was on because I have a locking gas cap, but they did not remove the gas cap to actually check, and the only thing they would do is to turn off the light, and if I put a GM gas cap on, then they might look at it again, for an additional $100. They claimed the oil change could not be done until the car cooled down, last time I checked an oil change needs to be done after the engine has been run and brought up to operating temperature. The service department refused to explain in detail was was done to my brakes-they would only read the brief description that was on the invoice, and also refused to show me any of the old parts of the things they claimed to have replaced. The service manager has never replied to any phone call, letter or fax regarding my visit, I escalated my concerns to Pontiac and GM, also with no reply.

    Went to this dealership to look at a new 2007 model car. But remeber this is 2008. They were buggin me to come there when I check them out online. When I get there everything started fine , until I ask to see the car they were showing online that I like , that one has just sold even thought they only had four of the 2007 models showing online. Okay so I look at another one with the same stuff in it they want a different price for that one. So I le them price my car and run credit, they come back and say you have great credit, I already new that since i ran my report myself. It was getting late they were getting ready to close, so the manager said I will call you monday and let you know something. Did not get a call , 2 more days go by did not get a call so I called him and the salesperson left messages they never called back. 2 more days go by did not get any response , so I called again left a message for the salesperson that I was going to call GM and Better Business, then the manager called me within 2 min . Did not buy the car . 2 weeks later the manager calls me and says we can give a 1000.00 GM customer cash to me . I told then know , that i was not going to give them that kind of money for a 2007.
