Overall bad service

onI brought a used car here years ago and didn't have any problems so this was my first choice which was a mistake. I brought a new Cruze with 5 miles sure there are always recalls this car had issues before I got the first hundred miles on it. Received the run and around from my salesman to service advisors. Service is horrible and the service advisors don't follow up with you. Had to wait weeks to get a second key to my new vehicle and it was the wrong key. And they had to refund me because they processed my tag transfer wrong and overcharged me. I am looking for another dealership to handle my service needs.
