I'm not impressed!!
by mdcarguy1 on 02/18/2008I'm not thrilled with this team: - they are not honest about relevant rebates - depending on the sales person, expect to be given all kinds of numbers regarding the "Best Price" you might get on a given car. - they are not honest… about their "Internet Pricing" scheme - their gimmic is to get you face to face and try to "SELL" you. - if you come in as a savvy customer, expect to get lots of attitude from them. - They are intimidated by customers whom have done their researchFox GMC Lacks Responsiveness to Customers
by annaspring on 02/02/2008We are completely unsatisfied with this dealer. We bought our Yukon online so the salesman did very little work other than writing up the purchase. We were very disappointed that no one called to thank us for the purchase (very expensive… purchase) and later found out it was a used car salesman that apparantly posed as the new car salesman. The general manager only made excuses for someone not contacting us after the purchase. We had difficulty securing the proper tag that we wanted and were given misinformation concerning that. Our repeated phone calls and messages were not returned. Since then we have had several unsatisfactory visits to the service dept. We continue to be pushed from one service consultant to another while our concerns of lack of timely service continueInternet Purchase

However, the dealer did not have the vehicle with spec's that I requested that initially irritated me for wasting time. However, within 48 hrs I was alerted… the exact vehicle that I wished would be on site for me see. Pricing was provided, deal was done. Bill C. is outstanding!best dealer

We called Friday, and by Friday afternoon they had the vehicle we wanted to see and encouraged us to come in for a test drive. We arrived Saturday morning and the… dealership was very busy, but Frank A. (the manager) and our salesperson Earl R. were more than accommodating. Every question we asked was answered in detail, but without pressure. It didn't take us long to decide to buy the truck, and again, they make sure everything was exactly the way we asked. The salesman, Bill, was very professional, courteous, patient, and attentive to our needs. The store manager and finance officer were very helpful… as well. No one was pushy and Bill gave us accurate info as far as pricing between VA and MD. This helped us know how to proceed with the purchase. He also informed us of incentives that we were not aware of that helped to seal the deal.Best experience EVER!!!

Anthony M., our salesman, was extremely helpful, but not pushing by explaining differences between the… 2013 and 2014 Impala, and in helping us select great interior and exterior colors and the available options for our new car. Anthony's in-depth knowledge of the the car's engine, transmission, steering, sound proofing techniques, and advanced suspension system was excellent. I had previously visited another dealer where the salesman had little or any knowledge of cars he was trying to sell. Anthony, will be my first contact when I replace our 2008 Saturn Aura which has run flawlessly for five years. Thanks for your great support, EdGreat auto-buying experience!

Since I had done a great deal of research prior to the purchase, I believe I got a very fair deal, vis-a-vis, the price of the car. Also,… the salesman was very knowledgeable, considerate, yet not pushy. The sales manager met every one of my requests, related to my trade-in and the price of the new vehicle. The finance manager, pointed me in the direction of alternative financing that save me money. AutoNation, Laurel, is an extremely professional and well-run business. Since I have previously purchased cars there and always use their service department, I had prior knowledge. What was new was the personnel with which I dealt in the Sales Department.
