    The vehicle has been in service for over 50 days since purchase in September, with problems starting about 40 days after purchase. No one at the AutoNation dealership, nor Mercedes Benz, has offered me any compensation, or a replacement vehicle. I have a complaint in with the MD government and one with Mercedes Benz of America. Mercedes Benz called me back a week after I filed the complaint, late December / early January and has not called since. I expect more of customer service for a Mercedes Benz vehicle. The AutoNation dealership has told me Mercedes Benz will ask them to ask me what I want in compensation, Mercedes Benz asked me what the dealership has offered. Nothing. The finger pointing between these "partners" demonstrates both are not serious about customer service. They have my money and they are done with me. I recommend neither.

    I came in to get my car looked at because water is coming through my headliner and it has damaged some components of the car the dealership said i need my windshield replaced but it’s actually my sunroof drains and that’s what my insurance told me so now i still have to wait to see who’s going to cover this cause i bought the car from the dealership less then 3 months ago same dealer

    It was my first time dealing with MB Hunt Valley Service. Overall service was good, not outstanding. But I will absolutely give them another shot. What I liked: they were clear about issues they found on my vehicle; the online portal made it easy (in the beginning) to read their diagnoses, evaluate the cost, and respond; the ease of drop-off and the option for valet. What I didn't like: after the first two days, I had to call in too many times to inquire about my vehicle, or the costs of their recommended repairs; in their attention to diagnosing and our back-n-forth about whether I wanted them to complete that work, one of the original issues that prompted me to take my car in to begin with went unattended/unfixed.

    I purchased the car approximately 2 weeks and within that time frame the tire pressure waa rapidly losing air. I emailed the sales dept. and immediately the manager, Mr. Hollis responded and the car was brought back for service. The process from there was easy, profrssional, and courteous. Jessica Golden was most accommodating kind and understanding. She immediately allowed what caused me angst to disappear and trust Hunt Valley to fix the issue. Thank you Jessica, because of you my trust is restored.

    Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley is such an excellent dealer which would attract me to drive over two hours to obtain the services. The professional staffs at both Sales and Service departments are friendly and fantastic especially Sam Wu who is so courteous and knowledgeable has been providing my car with royal treatments.
