Dealership Service Review
The vehicle has been in service for over 50 days since purchase in September, with problems starting about 40 days after purchase. No one at the AutoNation dealership, nor Mercedes Benz, has offered me any compensation, or a replacement vehicle. I have a complaint in with the MD government and one with Mercedes Benz of America. Mercedes Benz called me back a week after I filed the complaint, late December / early January and has not called since. I expect more of customer service for a Mercedes Benz vehicle. The AutoNation dealership has told me Mercedes Benz will ask them to ask me what I want in compensation, Mercedes Benz asked me what the dealership has offered. Nothing. The finger pointing between these "partners" demonstrates both are not serious about customer service. They have my money and they are done with me. I recommend neither.
