by DamianM on 07/21/2023It was my first time dealing with MB Hunt Valley Service. Overall service was good, not outstanding. But I will absolutely give them another shot. What I liked: they were clear about issues they found on my vehicle; the online portal made… it easy (in the beginning) to read their diagnoses, evaluate the cost, and respond; the ease of drop-off and the option for valet. What I didn't like: after the first two days, I had to call in too many times to inquire about my vehicle, or the costs of their recommended repairs; in their attention to diagnosing and our back-n-forth about whether I wanted them to complete that work, one of the original issues that prompted me to take my car in to begin with went unattended/unfixed.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I emailed the sales dept. and immediately the manager, Mr. Hollis responded and the car was brought back for service. The process… from there was easy, profrssional, and courteous. Jessica Golden was most accommodating kind and understanding. She immediately allowed what caused me angst to disappear and trust Hunt Valley to fix the issue. I was very grateful that they provided me a loaner vehicle at no expense since my vehicle would take longer than several days to repair. They… kept in contact with me advising the status of my vehicle and were very meticulous in looking my car car over and finding safety and non safety related things that needed to be fixed. Mediocre at best

The relationship I’m accustomed to is not present at this and other AutoNation Mercedes Benz dealerships. My service technician was indifferent and mediocre. I… had to call several times before my concerns were answered. I was put in a loaner that had 13 or more issues, inclusive of dents and missing emblems, worn tires and dirty and ragged interior while my GLE 350 was being serviced. It was an insult, I started to refuse the car, but I was exhausted from a long and delayed business trip and I just wanted to get home.Hi Troy, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
