Mediocre at best

onMy experience with AutoNation Mercedes is overall to cooperate and apathetic. The relationship I’m accustomed to is not present at this and other AutoNation Mercedes Benz dealerships. My service technician was indifferent and mediocre. I had to call several times before my concerns were answered. I was put in a loaner that had 13 or more issues, inclusive of dents and missing emblems, worn tires and dirty and ragged interior while my GLE 350 was being serviced. It was an insult, I started to refuse the car, but I was exhausted from a long and delayed business trip and I just wanted to get home.
