Will Travel for Great Customer Service

I live in Richmond, VA and couldn't find a dealership in my state that would meet my pricing needs for a new purchase. I contacted MB of Annapolis via the internet. I received a prompt response and after a couple of email exchanges, I was on my way to being a new MB owner. Dwayne B. was my sales person and he was very attentive to my needs and requests (especially for this to be a quick transaction since I had obligations back in Richmond that evening). We met his supporting team members and they, too, were all about making this a great customer experience. It was so worth the 470 miles round trip. In 10 yrs when I'm ready to make another purchase, I won't hesitate to return to their dealership.

Excellent Purchasing Experience

I gave a 5 star rating because of the exceptional service experienced during the purchase of my vehicle. The salesman, Ty Rogers, was a conscientious, professional, and accommodating gentleman. He took sufficient time to present a comprehensive review of the vehicle. I was comfortable and felt assured of competently driving the vehicle after his detailed explanations regarding the features. I also appreciated a followup call to inquire about my progress and felt that I could contact him if necessary. This was by the best encounter I have had when purchasing an automobile from any dealership.

Best Car Buying Experience!

My husband and I recently bought a CPO C250 from MB Annapolis, and we could not be more happy with our purchase and experience. About a year and a half ago we bought a GLK 250 BlueTec and had such a great experience, we went back for more. We worked with Casey Duffy both times, and cannot say enough good things about him. Good customer service is extremely important to me and the customer service at both the Sales and Service center at MB Annapolis cannot be beat. The experience is really about the customer and the customer's satisfaction rather than just selling a car. We were looking at multiple CPO vehicles, and rather than pushing the more expensive vehicle, Casey helped us decide which car was best for us based on the vehicle itself rather than price, which ended up being the vehicle that was less expensive. This really showed us he wasn't focused on making a sale and his won satisfaction, but rather making sure we were happy. We went to another MB center one time for service because we happened to be in another town, and we will never go back because Annapolis is above and beyond the experiences we've had elsewhere. They've spoiled us and now we refuse to go anywhere else. Thanks Casey!

No money games played

I had a wonderful experience at the Mercedes of Annapolis dealership. After searching for months for my dream car, my husband found it on the dealership website. The car was the color and price that I had been waiting for. Although I live minutes away from the Owings Mills store I decided it was worth the hour drive to Annapolis. I went in and told Casey exactly what I was looking for and what I needed to get for my trade in and he made the deal happen. There were no money games played and I was in and out with my dream car. I would highly recommend this dealership, every single person was friendly and treated us with the utmost professional behavior. Thank you for a great buying experience.

Car Wash Service

In late March 2015, we purchased our first Mercedes-Benz and our wonderful salesman, Brian Sturgeon, told us that we get free car washes at the dealership. I took my car for the first wash today and I cannot praise them enough. The service department is like no other I have ever experienced and I have been to many. The area you pull into is spotless and the manner in which staff greet you makes you feel more like you have arrived at a hotel with valet parking and concierge service. The lounge area is extremely comfortable and also spotless. There is a big screen television on the wall that shows the actual area where cars are worked on. You guessed it, even that area is spotless. It seriously was hard to believe that I was in a car service department. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Given the overall buying experience from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and with today's experience with their service department, I am hooked for life on Mercedes-Benz.

Perfect Sales and Service

After more than forty years of buying and maintaining our cars at the big dealerships in Arlington and Bethesda and putting up with people with pompous and arrogant attitudes and poor customer service, we checked out Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and ended up purchasing an S65 from them. Annapolis Mercedes is like a boutique dealership where you and your car are treated with respect, and everyone who works there shows appreciation for your patronage. This impeccable customer service did not end once we drove away from the dealership. It seems that the Sales (Mike McNicholas) and Service (Rodd Bowman) teams are competing with each other to provide the best personal care and service to their customers. Repeat Customer!!

My wife bought her new C250 in 2013 and we were so pleased with the sales experience at Mercedes of Annapolis that two years later, we're back!! And this time for me :-) This time I was looking for a new CLA250 and my salesman, Tony Madarang, was friendly, professional and spent an entire day with us until we got everything just right. I had an idea of what I wanted to spend and figured that I'd have to go without a few options to get the price I wanted. But Tony M found me a super equipped 4-Matic and I ended up with way more options than I expected for the price I wanted! I can't say enough about Tony's service and his help in squaring away my old trade in. He saved me the hassle of returning my tags to DMV and even got me a refund on my tags!! All around great experience and I also have to give a shout out to Dustin in finance for working out my financing. I highly recommend this crew for your next Mercedes!!

2013 C_250. Wayne D and Derek N made it happen and as quickly and painlessly as possible. I had bought a MB 11 years ago and they wouldn't deal at all then. This time it was like open doors and gold all of the way. I bought a week ago and stopped by last night for help figuring out all of the new goodies on this car that I have to learn. Friendly and helpful and offers of come back as new questions arise. i am looking forward to the new car wash too!

Great Delivery

Just purchased a 2015 s550 4Matic. To say that the car is technologically sophisticated would be a gross understatement. This is not a vehicle where the dealer can flip you the keys and you are off the lot. Accordingly, our sales rep, Brian Sturgeon, went to great pains to walk us through the various systems, menus and yes....sub-menus prior to moving the car an inch. He was wiling to take as much time as we needed and emphasized the desireability of a return visit once we have a few miles on the car. Within days of tasking delivery, I also received a call from the GM to ensure that we were happy with the sales and delivery process. I now have 3 Mercedes (an E, CLK and S)and for years had also owned a Lexus. I used to give the MB guys a ribbing over the superiority of the Lexus experience. MB Annapolis is now well positioned to give the Lexus crowd some real competition in all areas - product quality, sales and service. By the way, I am thoroughly convinced that the 2015 S550 is the finest sedan on the planet.

Great Service - Paul B

I wanted to memorialize in writing the stellar customer service provided to me by your Sales Consultant, Mr. Paul B. I have purchased cars before and assisted others in this endeavor as well. However, I have never received the service during any prior car purchase like I received from Paul. I found myself in a lurch needing to purchase a new car and spent more than a week looking at the Volkswagen CC. While the CC was my dream car, dealing with the salespeople at the dealerships that sold the CC was proving to be a strategic battle of which I became leery. I could not get the pricing I wanted and the negotiations even spawned false information being provided to me by one salesperson and a nasty email from another. While pricing negotiations is one thing, the false information provided and the nasty email received was truly unacceptable. Additionally, the dealer from which I purchased my previous two cars was absorbed by another dealer and my 17 years of using their service accounted for nothing in my opinion. My fiance asked me to consider a pre-owned certified car from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Knowing I am against the purchase of pre-owned cars, she asked me to at least go to your dealership and test drive a Palladium Silver 2013 Mercedes Benz C-250 advertised as having 3,300 miles. That evening, we visited your dealership. Before we even entered the business, Paul was coming out of the door on his way to get a "pop" and happened upon us. Needless to say, the "pop" was forgotten and Paul welcomed us in. Paul started by making one thing clear, which resonated with us. Paul said, "My job is to help you purchase the right car for you. It does not have to be a Mercedes, but hopefully, by the time you make your decision, it will be." At that point, I felt I could lay all my cards on the table, which is something I never done when purchasing or helping to purchase a car. While the car I was interested in purchasing was not available that evening, Paul took us on a test drive using a car, which was the exact same model but a different color. I was almost as impressed by the car as I was with Paul and his professionalism. At the end of the test drive, we agreed to meet the following afternoon so I could test drive the car I was truly interested in possibly purchasing. It was at this point I decided that if everything worked out well the next day, i.e., the service, test drive, and the numbers for the purchase, I would most likely be purchasing a car from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Also, I was almost certain at this point that I was not interested in purchasing a Volkswagen CC. The next day, my fiance and I went to test drive the car of which I had an interest. Like the day prior, Paul was as personable and professional and the car I was to test drive all ready. Taking his time, Paul went through the features of the car before taking us on a test drive. While taking the test drive, Paul talked about the service center and showed us where it us. We were so impressed with the car almost as much as we were with Paul. So, I decided to negotiate the purchase. At the end of the negotiations, I made the purchase and ended up only $7 away from my ideal monthly payment. While the others who assisted in the process were professional and responsive, Paul was no doubt the one who was most impressive. Paul and the rest of the employees who helped to ensure the purchase was completed stay at least an hour after the dealership had officially closed. That is service and going above and beyond in my book. Since the purchase, Paul has followed up to ensure I was still satisfied with my purchase. Paul is an excellent Sales Consultant, make that a Sales Partner. The service Paul provided was one where he partnered with me to ensure I found the right car for me and make sure I walked away a satisfied buyer. If Paul's service is indicative of the rest of your sales staff, you must be commended on being able to find the right people to partner with those looking to make a vehicle purchase comfortable and satisfied. Paul B is indeed an excellent representative of your company and a big reason why I am a new and satisfied customer. Paul should be commended on his service excellence, which is why I was compelled to write you. I am only sorry that it took me so long to do so. Thanks again Paul for helping me find the right car for me. Whenever I am in the market for another car I will make sure to see Paul. And, if ever I find someone who is interested in purchasing a car, I will send them to Paul. I am sure after they partner with Paul that they will not need to seek the services of anyone else. Highest level of Customer Care I have ever experienced

Dealership has experienced a transformation and is now, in my opinion, the best automobile dealership I have ever had the pleasure of interfacing with. NewGeneral Manager and staff has made all the difference. Integrity, high personal character and obvious element of "fairness" was evident from the moment I walked through the door. Incentive program for trade-in's brought me "through the door" and transaction appeared fair and transparent. My desire to order new ML350 with desired options was seemless and expedient. After sale follow-up has been wonderful.

Sold the wrong car

I was looking for a luxury model, was told I bought a luxury model but a couple days later found out it was a sport model. Dealer would not take back the car. Also was overcharged $600 on title fee and tax. Six weeks later I still don't have the refund. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Outstanding Team

I've had the pleasure of working with salesman, Casey D. twice in the last 5 months on a new ML350. Casey is very friendly and knowledgable, and if he doesn't have an answer to something, he has a willingness to find it! The finance manager, Tom S. has such a fun, easy going personality, and believes in getting you in and out the door in the least amount of time. Drew, the sales manager is a winner in my book! He did some special things for me because of my unique situation, and has a great deal of patience. This dealership does not haggle you on prices, but makes you feel like they want to earn your business. Even the receptionist has a warm welcoming smile when you enter the door. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. They have a great team!

Great Experience Buying 2013 Ml350 Bluetec

Just picked up our special order 2013 ML350 Bluetec three weeks early from Dean C. Excellent from sales price to new car delivery. MB Annapolis did better than any of the dealers in the immediate Washington DC area. The Annapolis sales team from the managers on down went the extra mile to make this a positive experience -- from a courtesy weekend extended test drive to complimentary crab cakes! We highly recommend this dealership!

Awesome Group!! Great Customer Service

Love this place!!!! Excellent customer service and great prices. I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5SL from this dealership at a very unbeatable price. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and approachable. Chuck is a great salesman. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but he helped to redefine the stereotype. Dustin is an Awesome finance manager,very polite, professional and above all very fast service.

I recently purchased a CPO GL450 from MB of Annapolis and my experience was outstanding! Chris T. was my salesman...he treated me very well from the moment I walked through the door (did not try to pressure me into buying a vehicle). The Finance manger, Dustin H., was also a pleasure to work with. Overall, the entire staff was very professional and they continue to provide great customer service. Derek was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. He even worked hard to ensure that a wrong that was experienced with another dealership was corrected to the best of his ability to improve the customer's ownership experience. He really went above and beyond any of my expectations. The finance team of Tom and Dustin were also a joy to work with.
