Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis

This was one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had. Even though we knew we weren't buying one of the most expensive cars, we were treated like we were. There was ZERO pressure, no rush, the entire staff was friendly (unlike competitors who acted so prestigious and as though we were beneath them). After the first test drive, I said I wanted to go home and research, and Jeff actually encouraged this and told us sites to make sure we read competitors' information too! When I came back the next day, he asked if I researched and what other questions he could answer. Jeff S. (and staff) truly sealed the deal for us by treating us with respect, patience, and honesty.
