Hands down Lee has beat the competition every time by a considerable… amount. The sales staff has been great to deal with while being honest and upfront which I can appreciate. Not dealing with a bunch of BS or someone who just wants to waste my time is always a plus in my book!Great service

by DontTrustLee on 09/17/2018Dont go to Lee unless you want to be taken advantage of by your typical shady salesmen. First Im told by Norm that he can easily get a a soft top thrown in if I sign tonight on a new wrangler. Awesome. Then I explain I cant make it… happen tonight as I have a second car Id like to trade it as well since my mom just passed away and I need to get ride of the vehicle. I answer a few questions and he tells me theyll just cut me a check for it that would be between $1,000 and $1,500 when I bring it in the following week, but lets keep that as a separate transaction so we can sell the Jeep tonight. We start paperwork. I ask about the soft top. Oh. Well. We cant give that to you because theyre on backorder (or some lie). Fine. We also cant put gas in it tonight or clean it since its too late. But when you come back with your moms car well do it. I come back. Now the general manager knows nothing about the other vehicle. Doesnt clean it. But gives me the gas (at least). And were only going to give you $500 for it because no one promised you anything. We called your salesman. He never had a conversation with you about that. To recap: Promised a free soft top. Didnt happen. Promised $1,000 to $1500 for a car. Given $500 after being told I made it up. Promised the gas and detail a new car should have got. Only got the gas. Ive had so many compliments on my new Jeep these last few days. But now Im debating if I should bring it back, or just tell my story to every person who mentions my Jeep going forward to ensure no one else ever get taken advantage of like I did.Fantastic Service!

Our salesman Mike Marsh was very helpful in our first visit to the dealership to just test drive some cars and wasn't pushy or trying to keep us in the dealership as long as possible. Because of… that once we knew what vehicle we wanted we went back to him to purchase it and had all the details worked out in a matter of a few days since he had to get the vehicle from another dealership. He listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable about the product and order lead time. We sat… at his desk and he and his manager Aaron spent as much time as I needed and never once did I feel pressured to buy. After ascertaining that there was no model on the lot to match what I wanted we ordered one. I was called when it arrived and scheduled a time to pick it up. Everything was ready when I arrived and I love my new Promaster van. During the entire process I was always made to feel that I was the most important customer to them. I would highly recommend Drew and the Lee organization to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.easy, stess free buying!

There was no uncomfortable conversations about pushing an extended warranty which we did… not desire. Everything was done over email, the process was quick, and I got a feeling off honesty from the staff. We drive 2 hours to purchase after a bad experience with a local dealer and this experience met and exceeded our expectations by far. We felt as though we were a valued customer. In shopping Lee against others we saved over 4 thousand dollars between a better trade offer and the vehicle price than offered locally from a dealer we had purchased 5 vehicles from. We are thrilled with our purchase and the experience they offered. Great Job guys - we will be back for sure.Ask for Larry

Out of all the dealerships we inquired of, Lee Auto was by far the least pushy but most helpful and prompt to respond to our inquiries. Our confidence in… them was not misplaced. Larry was our Sales Consultant and we were treated with respect and courtesy throughout the process of purchasing our new car. by Vitro on 06/01/2015Zack Hobbs was amazing helping me get into a brand new vehicle. I had a few payments left on my first used car from Lee and had to stop in because my slave cylinder went on my clutch. I decided I may as well see what Lee now has to offer… and asked Zack what my options were. Zack asked me a few questions to really get to know who I am and what I would like to drive. He asked me all about how I liked my Ford Focus, why I liked it and what would get me into a new car. I'm a standard guy, I don't need all the bells and whistles like a touch screen display as cool as they are they just didn't fit me. The focus was good to me and we explored a couple of different vehicles but the one that felt the best was the 2015 Dodge Dart. The car drove like a dream, it had a sporty feel with a lot of pick up but felt like you were driving on a cloud. I have always told myself I wouldn't go new, I really just wanted to get my car fixed and drive it into the ground. I went in on a Thursday to see what my options were, after that I went home and did research like we all do. The next day I decided I would go back take another look and ask more questions. Thursday I told him he had a 5% chance of getting a sale so really unlikely. The professionalism, kindness and courteous that was shown to me on Thursday boosted me up to a 10% chance. After working with the financing department to see what I could qualify for, they were able to get me into a new 2015 with less of a monthly payment than the used 2005. I am so excited with my new car and am so grateful to be able to say that Zack Hobbs has sold me my first brand new car. Her name is Luna!!Great Purchasing Experience with Zack

My husband, Justin and I purchased two 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokees in a six month period. I think we like this dealership. Oh yes, did I mention we… LOVE our new vehicles?! Zach H was our salesperson for both vehicles. His high level of sales experience made our car buying process essentially stress free. Zach answered ALL of our questions and I had a lot of them. If he didn't know the answer, he asked someone who did. Zach really knows Jeeps. He showed us all the bells and whistles of both the Cherokee and the Grand Cherokee. After we left the dealership the first time, Zach did not bother us with the usual annoying follow up calls. Zach listened to the options Justin wanted in his vehicle and found that vehicle. Justin did not have to settle on a vehicle that was missing an option or two. The excellent service continued. Our trade vehicle, Justin's Silverado, was equipped with special after market equipment (ie lights, radios, siren). Zach drove his truck to Sanford and back so the equipment could be removed by experts. This ensured nothing was damaged. Now THAT is personalized service. Apparently, our second Jeep, a Grand Cherokee Altitude had several other interested buyers. Lee Jeep let us have first refusal, even though it took us until closing to decide. This is the way a dealership should treat returning customers. Justin and I cannot forget to mention Fred from finance. He took care of us when Zach was out. We were waiting for the Altitude to arrive so we could check it out. During our signings, Fred did not push anything on us such as service packages and additional warranties. He did, however, offer them to us, explain them and answer my questions, even if they were repeat ones. I took delivery of my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude without a manual or spare key. I called Lee and spoke to Bill the sales manager. Bill spoke with Zach who ensured these items where waiting at the sales desk for me to pick up after work. Overall, Lee Jeep was, and still is, extremely attentive to our needs. When our leases are up we will return. In the meantime, we plan on referring our friends, family and coworkers.
