  • This Dealership Knows How to Please

    In the past, purchasing a car has usually been a stressful experience. Not this time. John Dudek picked up from my USAA web site search that I was searching for a Lacrosse. He called to say he had good news, having on the floor, a Lacrosse meeting my search criteria for options/packages. I drove over the next day during some extremely stormy weather. John was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with! There were no high pressure, arm twisting tactics. Since it was near closing with bad weather continuing, I was assured my name was on the car until we could get back the next day. In addition to being equipped the way I wanted, there was some unexpectedly good discounts, and advertised Black Friday specials. I drove home in a fantastic car, and not stresed, while spending much less than expected. If you like "red carpet" treatment, this dealership delivers!

    Mike at Chevy, and mike at GMC were the two guys who went above and beyond for me. Felt like I had the red carpet rolled out for me. I built a 2016 canyon around may and filled out the paperwork on my birthday in August.

    I wanted to order a new truck to my specifications. I went back and forth with many dealerships across the South. The computer sales guy Mike was able to offer me the best deal for ordering a new truck compared to all the other dealerships. I am satisfied with how things went. Only problem I had was the third party shipping company took a while to deliver the truck.

    We were so pleased to come in and have the vehicle that we wanted to look at be there waiting for us. Michael Babin was great. It was great to have no pressure to buy something else that we didn't want. From the salesman to the guy doing the financial paper was professional and honest.     My initial visit was late one evening in a light drizzle. Kyle Bourgeois came out and helped me. I continued to work woth him throughout my search for the vehivle I was looking for. He showed me the Ross Downing website as well. I was able to monitor that and was informed of a vehicle that would be arriving within a weeks time that was what I was looking for. It came in on a Monday and I bought it on Tuesday. Kyle did a fabulous job keeping me informed about new cars or others that might be what I was looking for. He also kept in touch via email regarding my interests. He was wonderful help.

    The car buying experience is always great with Mike Grady. He had everything ready to roll for me! This is the 4th vehicle we buy with him and I won't ever go anywhere else! It's quick and easy!
