We were so pleased to come in and have the vehicle that we wanted to look at be there waiting for us. Michael Babin was great. It was great to have no pressure to buy something else that we didn't want. From the salesman to the guy doing the financial paper was professional and honest. We will try to make Ross Downing our dealership from now on. Thanks to them.
