In the past, purchasing a car has usually been a stressful experience. Not this time. John Dudek picked up from my USAA web site search that I was searching for a Lacrosse. He called to say he had good news, having on the floor, a Lacrosse meeting my search criteria for options/packages. I drove over the next day during some extremely stormy weather. John was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with! There were no high pressure, arm twisting tactics. Since it was near closing with bad weather continuing, I was assured my name was on the car until we could get back the next day. In addition to being equipped the way I wanted, there was some unexpectedly good discounts, and advertised Black Friday specials.
