Ross Downing Buick GMC

My initial visit was late one evening in a light drizzle. Kyle Bourgeois came out and helped me. I continued to work woth him throughout my search for the vehivle I was looking for. He showed me the Ross Downing website as well. I was able to monitor that and was informed of a vehicle that would be arriving within a weeks time that was what I was looking for. It came in on a Monday and I bought it on Tuesday. Kyle did a fabulous job keeping me informed about new cars or others that might be what I was looking for. He also kept in touch via email regarding my interests. He was wonderful help.
