THE WORST!!
by LR on 07/27/2024Performed unnecessary maintenance!!! Charged over $600 for routine oil change! Communication is horrible! Management is non-existent! Take your VW to Louisville. It's worth the drive!!

by Nouvellet on 10/09/2017service manager talked down to me and dealership refused to help on a set of cupped bad rubber tires at 20,000 mile, after I bought two pilots, a touareg and the new atlas...Never seen that before. Wont get my money again.Very Inconvienient

They offer "low cost" rentals that are far from low cost, and a shuttle van that only runs locally and just two times in the morning… hours. Only dealership that I have ever experienced this.Service

Every time I have needed help they have gone out of their way to make me feel special and have always fixed the problems quickly… and completely.
