I was looking to purchase a 2013 Wrangler. The price was listed on numerous websites such as cars.com and even their own website. I went to pursue buying the vehicle and they then tell me thats the suggested retail and not the actual price. Im like why the heck are you listing on every website that its 28,995 when your actually selling it for 34,700. They had no answer and offered to take off a few hundred since they new they had done wrong. Buyer beware they are deceitful and not honest upfront and just want to get attention for prices that arent true. I refuse to do business with these type of people.

Nick Castillo was great to deal with. I would buy a new jeep from him again. The problem was we thought we were financed and we did alot of improvements to the jeep to make it our own. A month would go buy nothing, had to get a new paper plate. Another month, nothing. 5 months went by. That's when Matt McKibben got involved. He got us approved but we had to put $2100 more dollars down on top of the $2500 we already put down. after the 2nd signing we went home and noticed we had signed up for a extended warranty for almost $2100. what??? I called, text and left alot of messages and after a month I canceled the extended warranty myself. The warranty company sent the money to the dealership. I went into the dealership to inquire about were that money would go (i was hoping to use it towards my down payment. That when Mike Spitler told me I messed everything up and i should have called (I called and texed so much i felt like a stalker) He Mike said he was going to send the money to the finance company. He was on the phone to the accounting department 3 times. It really sounded like I was going to be able to use it but he wouldn't do it. Yes we got our Jeep but it was a pain in the butt

This is the 6th new vehicle we've purchased from Glenbrook and as usual, they treated us GREAT! It seemed like they treated us like family...answered all our questions, found us the vehicle we were looking for and delivered it on time looking beautiful. Everyone we've dealt with has done their utmost to make each experience as good or better than the last...especially Chris!!! We will only shop at Glenbrook Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep...

Fountain drinks and popcorn are great, but don't forget why you are there. Monthly payment mysteriously dropped by 80 dollars a month. Vehicle was delivered without an antenna. Messages were unanswered, had to go there in person to get one. In their defense, they did throw in an additional set of wireless headphones.

So, I bought a used vehicle from these guys. A month later, the transmission blows. Warranty adjuster does a little background check, and finds out it was a SALVAGED VEHICLE! Turns out the dealer lied to my face about checking the carfax (which said in big red letters, salvaged title). Meanwhile, I'm out of work, because I need a vehicle to work. They actually did give me a loaner vehicle, but upon returning it, actually complained about how many miles I put on it. They offered no compensation whatsoever and one of the managers, Ryan Tuttle, was a flatout [violative content deleted]. So, long story short, I walked away with no vehicle, and between the repairs, inspections, and loss of work, I lost about $1,400 on the whole deal. They are absolute [violative content deleted].

  • Very satisfied GBD customer

Being a three-time GB Dodge vehicle customer, our experience with Mr. Matthews and Mr. Payton confirmed we came to the right place to find our new car. Mr. Payton and Mr. Matthews were very courteous, very patient, professional and genuinely cared that we find the right vehicle at the right price. They took the time to research and explain our options and Mr. Payton spent as much time as my wife needed in explaining the features and functions of her new vehicle before we left the dealership, as well as answering follow up questions after the sale. We give our experience with the Glenbrook Dodge team an A+!

HORRIBLE! I would stay away from this dealership at all costs! There is not even enough room here to leave all the negative feedback! Chris Busche is a horrible [violative content deleted], and will lie right to your face, and if they have you deal with the finance guy named Todd I would reccomend you just walk straight out of the place! We purchased a used vehicle went through the paperwork and financing, had it all complete (so we thought) went to leave and there was a crack in the windshield that was not there when we test drove the vehicle. I guess they were just planning on letting us leave like that, but we said something and they agreed to fix it. Thats the only thing they told us they would do and actully followed through on. So we take the vehicle home and the very next morning we get in it to leave and IT WONT START! figured out it was a dead battery, the guy at advanced auto parts told us, it was such a junk battery there was battery acid leaking out of it! So we buy the cheapest new battery they had $98.00! Then a few days later Glenbrook calls, they tell us we need to come in and sign more paperwork b/c the financing didnt go through. So we go in and spend our valentines day filling out new paperwork! We got there and Chris told us Tod was busy and he would help us with the paperwork. While we were filling out the papers Todd came out and asked how it was going and I was honest, I said I was a little leary, after the cracked windshield and dead battery, and on the new contract they lowered the price by $3,000? And Todd says in the rudest voice I have ever heard, Well its a no brainer why wouldnt you sign it, thats a good deal!!! Is that really how you talk to people? So since we were there face to face I told Chris about the battery and he went and made a copy of my reciept and "says" he talked to the owner or manager whoever, and they were going to cut me a check for it and put it in the mail, that was 3 WEEKS AGO! Then he had also told us back when we first went into the dealership on February 5th that he would get us an owners manual and the navigation CD for the vehicle and as you could suspect that has also been in the mail for 5 weeks now! Then on Monday March 7th the temporary tag expires on my vehicle, we go to the title department, since we never recieved a title in the mail, to see if it was at the title department and it wasnt! We call the dealership and they say well the loan just went through TODAY, mind you we went in and filled all this paperwork out on Febrary 14th! So Todd tells us the title will be in the mail tonight! Then Chris tells us he will "bring us a new temporary tag in the morning" that never happened! So Tuesday the 8th no new tag no title no vehicle to drive, call the dealership and Chris says his boss told him he wasnt allowed to bring a new tag b/c the title was in the mail! March 9th, no title no vehicle to drive, call the dealership, no one will return our calls, March 10th still no title, still no return call from dealership! March 11th, still no title Chris finally returns a call and says he dont know why but the title NEVER GOT PUT IN THE MAIL!! So now here it is March 12th, a Saturday the title was overnighted to us, which I think they should have done MONDAY! And since our DMV closes after mail comes, here I sit until Monday with no vehicle! I guess it gives me more time to warn everyone thinking about going to this dealership to only go here for an absolute last resort! There are too many good dealerships out there with good customer service and are honest. Dont waste your time at this one!

My husband surprised me by taking me car shopping and we ended up with a "used" 2010 Jeep Liberty. I say "used" because it only had 5,000 miles. I had a lease to turn in and Tyler gave me a higher turn in price if my husband would think about trading in his current car as well. About 2 weeks later he decided that was a good deal so we ended up with a new 2011 Dodge Nitro. Almost twin cars but we got 2 great deals, a very friendly and helpful overall experience and I would recommend Tyler as a sales person. He was very honest with us about pricing, milage, ammenities, and trade values and he honored the extra promises he made to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Wow!! We just bought our first "Brand New" vehicle and what an awesome experience! I inquired over the internet and within the hour Joe Payton had called me back. He made buying this vehicle so simple. He didn't make me take the time to look at vehicles I didn't want or couldn't afford. He simply showed me the way to the ones I liked and was there to answer any and all questions. I never once felt any pressure and it was such a fun experience for our family (including our 9 year old daughter!!) I would recommend anyone considering buying a new vehicle to Give Joe Payton at Glenbrook Dodge a call! You wont be sorry!! We LOVE our new vehicle, thanks Joe for such a great experience and for putting up with my impatience that day! :)
  • everything changed in 30 min

Joe is a good salesman but his boss is less than desirable. I called and asked for my payment on the pending deal and was given a number. 30 min. later i arrived and my payment grew $51. we straightened out the deal and joe asked the porter to clean the car and put $20 in gas. The General Manager would not gas the truck and his attitude was very lackluster. will not send another person to him.... 3 childern and my wife are alot of vehicles to loose over a General Manager with no sence of pride in his work. Again thanks Joe !! Sorry for your loss
  • Completely scalped by price difference of trade in!!!

I drove 9 hours round trip, after speaking with Steve Bufink over the phone to make a trade on my awesome Magnum for a used Chrysler 300. When I arrived I was met and asked to get info from my car for their trade price..which we had already discussed at being 7500..ALTHOUGH I clearly stated that the car was in great shape, low miles, new tires and halogen headlamps...I NEVER EVEN got to meet the GM!!! NO compromise on the the price and I took the 300 at the advertised price..only to find that after I left the lot, there was less than a 1/2 tank of full, the car was never even cleaned!!!! the seats were dirty, console was dusty..BS I tell ya...BUT the best part is that 3 days later my Magnum (which according to Steve had to have a new steering wheel put in, paint redone because of damage..etc) was advertised at 13, 288!!!!!!!!!! I was officially [violative content deleted] dealership..you wonder no one trusts ANYONE in the car industry..that is why! And these guys once again lived up to the established reputation of a [violative content deleted] of a used car salesman...I would not recommend any of them!
  • Beware of quoted price verses contract price

Put together a reasonable deal on a 2012 Town & Country, after 2+ hours of waiting. When contract was presented (after another hour), the rebate value had dropped $1000! Dealer stated that the amount was added to the trade in value, though that amount had not changed. So, we felt like we had just been charged $1000 more than the agreed to price. No attempt to "make it right" or even adequately respond to our concern. Van is a quality vehicle (so far) but dealer is a concern.

Joe Payton had a lot of patience with me and always smiled and wrote down everything I need to know as I am deaf. Now my daughter and my friends bought vehicles thru him. Love him! :-) and Thank you, Joe!
