    I had the absolute best experience trading in my Acura Integra and purchasing a 2025 Acura ADX Aspec Advance SUV.  Even though my Integra was two years old and thus was subject to steep depreciation, the sales manager Josh Chase offered me a more than fair value as a trade in.  My salesperson Nick Randazzo spent a lot of time with me and answered numerous questions (via text) for a few weeks before I came into the dealership test to drive the vehicle.  Nick is the paradigm of professionalism! He is friendly, informative and patient.  Josh Chase gave me a discount on the new ADX which then allowed me to load up on some great accessories for the vehicle.  Charles Romulus who is finance manager patiently explained the fine details of the vehicle service contracts and tire/wheel warranty, etc.  This Acura dealership is truly the best and all the people there are so good to me and my dog!  Thank you all for making this sale such a great experience.  I do want to thank Mike and Sarah Craig for running a first-rate dealership!  It truly starts at the top!

    I am always greeted right away as I drive in to the garage. I already know what is being done and how long it may take. I'm happy with the service and return as needed for maintenance. I love driving my Acura RDX. It has been a great vehicle and hope it lasts many more miles. Shout out to Brandon for doing an excellent job.

    It was a very nice place. Took my car in for an oil change. They took care of that in a timely manner. I waited for the car and they have a nice place you can wait in with things to drink and snake on if needed. Also, I liked how easy it was to get to my car after the service was done.

    Kudos to Chase Miller, my service coordinator at Don Ayres Acura. He has been both professional and personable in every interaction I have had with him. He always is able to promptly schedule my vehicles and is very accommodating when unexpected issues arise. He consistently delivers outstanding service.

    Had routine service (oil change and tire rotation) and a recall on the display which was to swap it out. There were a couple other minor warranty issues with a rubber seal and cargo net hook. Expected to take shuttle home and get picked up later when done but Brandon said I could wait on it, won't take that long. I was surprised and thought it will take longer but it was all done and car washed in less than 90 minutes. The coffee in waiting area was good and comfy seats. Plus no one changed the channel on radio or messed with seat adjustment and no hand prints on window. This is truly exceptional service.

    Fantastic service by Chase and the garage crew. Kudos to Tony for hunting down a lug wrench for me too. Always comfortable waiting with good coffee and snacks. Acura service is always outstanding!
