I had been looking online and was very anxious about going to a car dealership to purchase a new car. Cristian V responded to my online inquiry promptly and without any pressure - just letting me know he was there if I wanted to take a look at the car. Cristian never pressured me. The test drive was great! Everything the advertised features highlighted were present. The finance person - Charles - was very real and genuine. Charles made the finance part stress free. Charles is also very real and genuine! After the finance part I was waiting for Cristian to talk me through my next steps and another salesperson started to talk to me about my purchase. She was so kind! I did not get her name. The entire experience was wonderful! Thank you!
