Don Ayres Acura

Came in for oil change. Acura vacuums the car as a complimentary service which is really nice. I was looking forward to it. It “wasn’t done” I mentioned to the guy and he “re did it” i had a lot of dirt from walking in woods and a wadded up straw wrapper that was still there. Ugh… do I say something ? They normally do a fantastic job. Tony saw me and came out. I hated saying anything, but this isn’t their norm. He took care of the issue. He even washed the floor mats! We’ve been coming here for 30 years. They have a great service team, that is a huge part why we keep buying from Honda/Acura. Thank you Tony! Keep up the excellent service!
