Purchase of 2017 Prius

I am a previous Prius owner from Napleton's Toyota and this is why I purchased my next… vehicle from them. Mr. Samet explained all the new features of the Prius in addition he helped be set up my 2017 Prius so I could take advantage of the latest and greatest features. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about the vehicles (both were Rav 4s). Hes not pushy or annoying like previous experiences… Ive had with car salesmen. He provides adequate and accurate information about the negotiations and they have both been painless! He has provided above and beyond customer service after the sale-he assists with scheduling service appointments, always available for any questions Ive had about the vehicles. I thought I'll look around and see what else is out there. So I went to Planet… Toyota in Matteson,IL where they quoted me $37,864. After several calls to Napleton's to see if they would match or at least come close.....they never called back. I saved over $3,800. Do yourself a favor and shop "The Planet"We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback.
