Napleton's Toyota of Urbana

I have bought 2 cars from Bruce Andree at Napelton Toyota. Bruce made both purchases extremely pleasant. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about the vehicles (both were Rav 4s). He’s not pushy or annoying like previous experiences I’ve had with car salesmen. He provides adequate and accurate information about the negotiations and they have both been painless! He has provided above and beyond customer service after the sale-he assists with scheduling service appointments, always available for any questions I’ve had about the vehicles. I wouldn’t buy from any other salesman than Bruce Andree
