I just purchased a 2018 Rav4 from Napleton. Matthew Shanks was the sales rep but really handled the process more as a consultant than a sales rep. At no point was I rushed or pressured and he took the time to educate me on all the aspects of owning a hybrid vehicle as well as outlining all the new options available.
