Ben Starks is an excellent salesman, he helped me when no one else could. Over the course of this year I was turned away three times, fortunately, this last visit I met Ben Starks and he was determined that I wouldn't be turned away again. Ben worked with all involved to make this happen. I was able to drive away with my brand new car. Thank you Napleton for your wonderful staff, their professionalism and excellent customer service.
