    The initial drop off was fine. The pick up after was fine. A day after the service, I get an email from my car’s monthly app stating the tire pressure in the two driver side tires are over 4lbs under pressure. So much for the 36 point maintenance check! Then a day later, I get an email from Friendly Chevrolet Service stating it’s been awhile since your last service…?? Wow! You all are on top of things. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from you in 7 years (3 in the past 18 months). Pete has been awesome as our salesman. The initial Service Check-in crew have been awesome as well. The rest, not so much. Never got a car wash code either after picking up the car. You would think after being such loyal customers we might be entitled to a little perk like a car wash or two for our new vehicles. I love my Chevy truck and it is about ready for a trade (as Pete knows-he’s been on me about it) but after all this, I am tempted to go look at GMC Denali’s instead. I’ve worked with S&K before and never had service issues when I owned my Bonneville SSEi. This isn’t the first time we have had poor service here and unfortunately, I’m not convinced it will be the last.

    i took my vehicle in there to have them do regular maintenance. I told them what was wrong with my vehicle and what I wanted done. They did a diagnostic test and then charged me for it. I will not be going back.

  • Work was finished quickly

    Things were done quickly however not accurately. Corrections were made without argument or hassle. Seat was moved in every direction available as well as the mirrors. No offer was made to wash the vehicle however the offer was made to other customers waiting.

    I guess they were busy, it seemed to take a little long time than other visits for an oil change. I was just a litt curios, because they normally wash the car but they didn't do it this time. It was nice weather n no rain in the forecast.

    I am pleased with the service I receive, but it seems like most of time when I call for the Service department everyone is on another call and I have to leave a message or call back later and that is hard to do from work.

    I called Sat morn to get an appt. They got me in at 11:00am and even tried to get me a car to shop with while they serviced my car. By the time a car was available, they were almost done which surprised us about their speed. Thanks for a good experience.

    I had a headlight replaced and the molding around the passenger side door replaced because it blew off while driving down the highway.

    The only thing I'm not sold on is my bedliner not really happy with it but otherwise I'm extremely pleased with the customer service.

    Don, the service manager, was great. He took care of me and you can tell he truly cares about the customer.

    My only complaint is I scheduled and confirmed an appointment for 2pm and it still took 1 hour and 40 minutes. This is the 2nd scheduled appointment that I had to wait that long. I thought an appointment would get me in a shorter amount of time but discovered I had the same wait time as a walk in. I would recommend advising this at appointment time because I was on a limited lunch hour. Thanks.
