    I love doing business with Friendly Ford, Over the past 15 years our family has purchased 5 new vehicles from them and there has never been a glitch in the process. My latest is a 2020 F 250 Lariat that I've had for 3 weeks now and I love it. Everyday after work I take it for a drive.

    At approximately 31,000 miles trans started to slip between 3& 4th gear and 2 and 3 rd gear. Would let off fuel and shift would complete and grinding g dragging sound would stop. Was given loaner for a week. Issue wouldn’t reproduce even with me driving it. It had done it several times. After trouble shooting haven’t had the issue recur. Kathy Fitzgerald is an awesome service writer and was extra communicative!

    Having been doing business with Friendly Ford since they took over the dealership many years ago. They are my go to place for service. My previous Explorer and my current one both went well over 100,000 miles and Friendly Ford service department plays a key role in this. They give me excellent advice, help me schedule services to prevent major issues. When recalls occur, they are right on it. The last time in, we had discussed several possible things to do on the Explorer. They called later and said it was ready and that one of the things we had talked about did not need to be done. So saved a $100+. That says much about them.

    I trust this dealership. They have always taken very good care of me and my needs. I have use them to buy new and used cars. Randy Yockey takes the time to talk to me and this service department have always taken good care of me I do have to travel to them,but it is well worth is.

    The staff was courteous and helpful and got back to me quickly when I had questions. I brought my 2000 Windstar in for the rear axle bracket inspection. She said it passed inspection but the technician said I had rust holes forming and advise me to have the axle replaced at my expense through the recall program. So I'm not really sure if my back axle is safe or not.

    Kathy and Jenny Yocky were amazing. Kathy went way above and beyond to care for my car and me. She secured a car for me that could fit my family. Her compassion and hard work were beyond anything I have EVER experienced. I have shared this story with many people and will continue to do so. I 100% recommend Friendly Ford. I know that Kathy will make sure everything is done to the highest standard. They always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied! I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else. I feel that I was treated like family!
