onThe staff was courteous and helpful and got back to me quickly when I had questions. I brought my 2000 Windstar in for the rear axle bracket inspection. She said it passed inspection but the technician said I had rust holes forming and advise me to have the axle replaced at my expense through the recall program. So I'm not really sure if my back axle is safe or not.
