A Great Purchase Experience at Gerald Subaru

In addition I needed a LOT of education about the various options and features in the Forester. It had been almost 18 years since I had… purchased even a used auto. Julian, Erik and everyone was patient and made me feel very comfortable and important as a customer. The final price was definitely acceptable. And lastly, I also had a sorely needed "tutoring" session on the many incredible features. And that was greatly appreciated.Subaru Ascent purchase

We were greeted at the door by him and from that point on we were well taken care of. On the closing side of the… deal it was probably the fastest I've ever went through. Even though it was fast it was very thorough and well explained. The Gentleman that helped in the process was extremely help full and friendly as well. It was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I am very satisfied.Overall great experience
