The sales staff spent time and effort to help me in my decision on the model that was the best for me. In addition I needed a LOT of education about the various options and features in the Forester. It had been almost 18 years since I had purchased even a used auto. Julian, Erik and everyone was patient and made me feel very comfortable and important as a customer. The final price was definitely acceptable. And lastly, I also had a sorely needed "tutoring" session on the many incredible features. And that was greatly appreciated.
