AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I thought I was gonna get pressured into buying something I didnt want. Mike took the pressure off and he… helped me understand the whole process of buying my first car. I walked into the dealership had my mind made up and ready to say no right away but Mike was amazing and helped me feel comftorable. 2017 Chevy Malibu purchase

When we did, Mike Stragmaglia noticed our car and greeted us because he remembered us from our Chevy Sonic purchase that he helped us with 10 months ago. We were… looking for a used 2014 Chevy Malibu, but with Mike's help, we were able to purchase a brand new 2017 Chevy Malibu. Mike was very helpful. Initially went there browsing and with the intention of wanting… to test drive the new 2018 Equinox I saw online. I went home thought about it and decided to purchase. Even with me going back and forth a few times on the color and trim level, Mike was very patient and accommodating with my indecisiveness. On the day of purchase I called to let Mike know what time I was coming and he had the vehicle prepared. All I needed to do was go through the financing process. Chevy Malibu buying made easy

Mike was very helpful all the way through and he welcomed us after we pulled up because… he remembered us from 10 months ago when we purchased a Chevy Sonic from him. He knew the way we like to do business and there were no games. He just did everything he could for us to get us a great deal and get us into a better car than we were even hoping for. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Phillips Chevy in Lansing because they are honest and up front with you and don't play games when it comes to getting you a good deal. Always a sunny day at Phillips Chevrolet

Making sure that it was stylish, had enough trunk space for my luggage, and could make the 6 hour drive to my university, all while being a decent price were musts.… Desmond Johnson helped me find a car that met all of my requests within 10 minutes of my being there. And within a little under 4 hours, I was a proud owner of a used 2013 Chevy Malibu. The process was painless, and the dealership was so high end that I wouldn't recommend going anywhere but Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing. My family's vehicle is a 2005 Dodge Magnum, therefore I was unfamiliar with the new technology in my new car, but Desmond was very helpful in teaching me how to set everything up and having me working the car's features like a pro. He's very funny, upbeat, and enthusiastic about his work. If I wasn't excited about buying a car before, I definitely was the moment I sat in his chair. Going the Extra Mile

Having dealt with the preliminaries over the internet we were not sure what to expect once we got to the dealership.TJ took us in hand as soon as we arrived and walked… us through every step of the process including staying past closing time to make sure we were satisfied and left with the new vehicle.
