We drove in from Rockford on a snowy evening not arriving until 7:30. Having dealt with the preliminaries over the internet we were not sure what to expect once we got to the dealership.TJ took us in hand as soon as we arrived and walked us through every step of the process including staying past closing time to make sure we were satisfied and left with the new vehicle. TJ is a very knowledgeable asset to the dealership.
