Phillips Chevrolet blew me away with how welcoming they were. Mike Stramaglia was amazing I was a little nervous when I first arrived. I thought I was gonna get pressured into buying something I didnt want. Mike took the pressure off and he helped me understand the whole process of buying my first car. I walked into the dealership had my mind made up and ready to say no right away but Mike was amazing and helped me feel comftorable. The service of all the other staff I met was AMAZING they welcomed me in with open arms. I plan on referring anyone I know who is in the market looking for a car to Phillips and also Mike. I was very skeptical about buying a new car but Mike showed me the benefit of getting a 2017 cruze instead of a 2014 cruze that I was plan on original getting.
