In April 2017, I purchased my second Equinox in two years from Eric Pickett of Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing. Mr Pickett listened to what I stated I was looking for in a new car (Equinox). Actually he remembered my likes and dislikes from first buying experience with him. I was very impressed that he remembered the details that were important to me. I bought a great car (2018 Equinox Premier) and I am very pleased. I would recommend him and this dealership to my family and friends. The complete buying process was well defined. The Finance Department, Service, and Management staff were also on point.
