Worst experience ever. I would give it a zero but that's not an option.
by deedee125 on 07/28/2018The worst buying experience ever! Extras that are thrown in or added in the price of the vehicle are clearly not. When I brought it to the attention of Ed (business manager) that I could clearly see these extras were added in and had… become part of the principal balance, he was dismissive, rude, unprofessional and just absolutely horrible. When I asked that the add ons be removed, he said that the payment would be the same. In other words, if you dont get the add ons they will just monkey around with your interest rate and make it higher so youre paying the same monthly payment amount. I guess youre not suppose to pay any attention to the amount financed. This is not what I call transparent but deceptive and dishonest. Im going to tell anyone who will listen and review site I can find about this experience. Will, the sales manager made an attempt to remedy the situation but it was not in my best interest but theirs. If I know anyone looking for a vehicle I will gladly drive them somewhere else myself. No, I will not reach out to you (Hawk ) and discuss this any further because there is nothing you can do. You dont get another chance to make an impression or another opportunity to get my money unless you are going to do an even swap for the 2018 version of my vehicle. Trust me, I wont be holding my breath. No, I will not be reaching out to you to discuss this any further. I have said all Im going to say to you people. My suggestion to Ed is if he does not like his job or want to listen to your customers when addressing concerns or asking questions then he should look for a new one.Dee, it is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. The issues you described are not typical of our team. We would like the opportunity to discuss them with you. Never Again! Scam!
by 9newcarbuyer on 01/05/2017Went in to purchase a used vehicle. Ended up finding a brand new vehicle with a special internet price for a great deal! We were told that that price ended the day before but that the manager agreed to honor it. Well when adding up the… numbers and the 'Cash back' that was suppose to get us back to that internet price they had hidden $2k into the vehicle cost that was not on the sheet. When I added the numbers myself after trying to figure out what I was missing they did not add up!!!!!! I already had my financing and knew the total I was going to finance but their number was always $2k more. I felt bad for Matt the sales guy because I truly believe he had nothing to do with it. Never again will I even step foot into this dealer.Thank you for sharing your feedback. My neighbor referred me to her & wow she was spot on ! Her level of customer… service is unmatched by any other salesperson I have ever dealt with !! Also Brian the sales manager was very professional ! He let mindy do her job & did not come to her desk to try to get me to pay more like most do. I felt respected in the sense of my knowledge of the vehicles price by him & also mindy. This was the shortest time I have spent in a dealership in all my years of buying cars ! Cudos to hawk Chevy Cadillac ! Keep up the great work !This is exactly the type of experience our team is dedicated to providing all of our customers! Not helpful at all!
by serenitt23 on 09/29/2015They seemed helpful but the total sale took 5 hours. I am a new car owner so i was a bit confused about everything to do with owning a car. However i didn't not expect the $2,000 hidden fee they snuck in there or the rushed paper work fee… that actually wasn't rushed at all. not to mention no one bothered to mention to me that when i left with my car that day i might not even get to keep it since one of the papers i signed was a spot sale paper.We are very sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your recent car-buying experience.
