    I have a two years old car, yet it already accumulated four recalls, tree of them were software updates. I finally decided to let dealer deal with the recalls and was pleased with how friendly and attentive staff was. I was quickly greeted, provided with a brand new loaner car, offered starbucks coffee and fresh cookies. Later I dropped off the loaner and picked up my car, with clean interior and exterior wash provided for free by the service department, what not to like?

    I am always greeted right away. Automotive technicians do a great job! Car always washed when done. Everyone friendly and professional.

    They gReet you by name, nice loaner car, coffee - water and bagel - cookie option, super friendly staff, regular and timely updates.

    service folks very friendly, timely, prices were a little steep but probaby typical for dealership repairs, etc.Car was cleaned inside and out, looked great!

    Nothing beats the attentiveness, competence, and concern for the needs of the customer than the Audi Exchange: the best car experience I have ever had. Yesterday I dealt with Greg Wiens, Jason Burgess, and Ken Lewis. They treated me as if I were the most important customer they've ever had. And I'm not. I only drive an A4. But they act as if I have a fleet of S8s. That should tell you a lot.

    My loaner car was ready when I got there at 7:00 AM. I was out of the dealership by 7:10 AM. First class service from everyone!

    From the moment we walked in the door and was greeted by Scott to Darrell's, demeanor, patience and professionalism to help us find just the right car to Shawn in finance. Every customer touch point was warm and personal. We were deciding between the Q5 and the Discovery HSE and the driving experience, paired with the Audi service was hands down.

    Very prompt courteous and informative service experience. Jason Burgess was great to work with on discussing the needs for the 35K check-up and additional items that needed repair. We really enjoy the Q5.

    As a first time Audi owner I am extremely impressed, and it is well worth the drive from downtown Chicago to service my car at the Audi exchange. The added touch was when I had a nick on my bumper the service team went out of there way to help make the best of it (it was too deep to buff out, and not enough to repair).

    Harold was an exceptional salesman. Gave me a price I could agree with very quickly. Time spent in the dealership was minimal exactly how it should be. When receiving the vehicle Harold went through all the features and then concentrated on the most of the popular features of the car and made sure I knew how to use them. The entire staff was very friendly and very informative of their products.

    I appreciate John Hinojosa for reaching out as soon as I submitted for inquires on pre-owned vehicles via USAA. I had little to no experience with a dealer on a personal level whatsoever. I purchased my first vehicle through a military liaison overseas and communicated via email 95% of the time. I was pressed for time and made my liaison decide what vehicle suits my next duty station. With Mr. Hinojosa, he made sure I knew what I should expect and educated me on the financial terms. He doesn't [non-permissible content removed] at all and didn't make me feel rushed. In fact, he encourage that I take my time in making any decision. I made the decision to purchase my vehicle because he took the time to literally explain all the fees and all other FYI. Everyone else that worked there didn't turn me away as soon as I entered considering that I was wearing work out clothes. My co-workers saw my vehicle and I bragged about my experience and shared all the information I learned from Mr. Hinojosa.
