Rami is super helpful and knows his stuff. He was upfront and honest, and took the time to explain thoroughly so I could understand what was happening with my deal. Customer service is top notch and I was taken care of from start to… finish by everyone in the dealership. Theodore was excellent at explaing the features of the trailblazer and providing more excellent customer service.

He has purchased all of his cars from this dealership, and it was always a good experience. I couldn't agree more. I worked with Justin. He was very… informative and did not pressure or hassle me into buying anything. When I bought my car, I had recently totaled my car and was in a hurry to buy a new one. My "new" red truck

I previously owned Ford trucks and was seriously considering a Ford again. I stopped by Phillips just to… look at this red work pick up. Steve P.. met me at the door. He showed me the vehicle and spent time with me just kicking tires and talking. Steve did not try to show me every truck on the, he LISTENED to what I said I needed in a vehicle. The experience at Phillips Chevy continued with everyone else I met during the purchase of this "new" red truck. Thank you all, at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort.Thank you! What a great review. Scott is the best!

Scott P.the service advisor always treats us like "family" and always accomodates us and follows thru with… all of our service needs. The entire service department does a great job, but Scott has been helping us for quite a while with our individual service needs so we call first to ask for him before we bring our cars in as he "spoils" us with his dedication to detail, follow-thru and professionalism. 2005 Tahoe Purchase

Rami made what could be a stressful experience very easy. He was accommodating in every way including test driving,… making the vehicle available for mechanical inspection, and addressing the issues that arose from the inspection. We walked into the lot, and a salesman, Andy G., courteously approached the two of us and asked what vehicle we were looking at. He graciously showed us the… different models we were interested in and gave detailed information about the models. We decided the RS would be the best fit for our needs. He offered us a test drive and showed us the various available colors of the vehicle. There was no hesitation on our parts, and we purchased the vehicle a few days later as we wanted to be sure of the color choice. Andy never pressured us into any decisions as many salespersons have in the past. Upon picking up the vehicle, Andy gave us a detailed "tour" of our new car. He set up both of our phones, I am happy to say I would recommend Andy Gavin and Phillips Chevrolet to my family and friends. Great Buying Experience!

Having purchased a Used Vehicle from Rami back in 2010, I decided to give Phillips Chevrolet… another go on my new car purchase. I did some shopping around on vehicles and after much debate, I settled on the new 2014 Chevy Impala in White Diamond Tricoat. The only thing this car doesn't do is brew my cup of coffee in the morning! I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Rami is an excellent salesperson and all around great guy. He's very attentive to all of his customers needs, so if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, make sure you ask for Rami...he'll get it done.Thank you! What a great review! According to the Car Fax I received with the automobile, the original destination for the car, when new, was Phllips Chevrolet. I contacted Phillips to see if I… would be able to get a copy of the window sticker that came with the car. I had the great fortune of being transferred to Mike M. Mike was very personable, professional and extremely HELPFUL!!!! He emailed me copies of the build sheet they had for my car immediately!! I was so pleased to get that information. Mike called me back a day or two later to let me know they were unable to get a copy of the window sticker because the car was over a year old. I thanked Mike for his efforts over and over as I was thrilled to get at least the build sheet for the car. Lo and behold about two weeks later, Mike called me to let me know they did get a copy of the sticker and he would forward it on to me. I can't tell you how great that feels to have someone go out of their way to help me like that!!!! I can't thank Mike enough for all that he does. I will make it a point to have my car serviced at Phillips even though I live on the northwest side of the city!!!! Mike earned my business!!!! (on his day off) about the prospect of getting into a newer vehicle that would fit our family of six and out from under a previously purchased minivan that… was starting to fall apart. Rafat recommended that we speak with Rami A., as we were already at the lot. We spent several hours of our day at the dealership and the entire experience was pretty amazing!!! Everyone we met was professional, helpful and respectful as well as down to earth, "normal", and fun. Rami not only got us out from under our failing minivan, but also into a BRAND NEW Chevy Traverse that has plenty of room for our little family and then some! I wasn't hounded daily with phone calls or emails until I made a decision to come in like other dealerships. Sam D. was a great guy. He did… everything in his power to get me a new auto loan even though I recently declared bankruptcy. Sam was able to get me a loan with a very low APR, unlike other dealerships. Now I can start rebuilding my credit. Sam was kind, funny, personable, and fair in making me a deal at Phillips. Phillips Chevy is the place were your car buying dreams CAN come true! along with my actual salesman Ryan K. everyone employed at this dealership are the most friendliest people… you can come across. i purchased my dream car a Camaro and at first i didn't even think i would be able to afford such a car... Until Ryan and his crew went to work for me. they not only got me the keys to an amazing machine but they also got me a payment that works within my budget.. Now I'm sure everyone knows salesman make commission off there sales, and you should also know this is based off of what the dealership can make of the vehicle they are selling. I can tell you Ryan didn't make a penny off the car he sold me, this is because he got me such a great deal so i could afford the monthly that there was literally just a few hundred bucks that the dealer actually made off the Camaro.. believe me this was the first time i actually felt bad my salesman didn't make money off me.. but ill tell you right now Ryan K. has made a customer for life and everyone that comes to me asking were i should go for a new or used car, IM SENDING THEM TO RYAN!! at Phillips .. by the way i live over 50 miles from this dealership and its worth the drive people!!Wow! Once inside, Joe asked us a few questions to get the total picture of what we wanted as far as the vehicle and price. He was… very hands-off during the test drive, allowing us to take the vehicle for a good test drive. Once back at the dealership, the Phillips team came up with a price and financing that was right in line with what I was looking for. After shaking on the deal, the Phillips team processed the paperwork and got us on our way in a timely manner. Having bought seven cars in over thirty years, my experience with Phillips Chevrolet was the best of them all.Thank you for choosing Phillips Chevrolet!
