Phillips Chevrolet

I purchased a used 2011 2SS Camaro from a non-Chevrolet dealership in Chicago. According to the Car Fax I received with the automobile, the original destination for the car, when new, was Phllips Chevrolet. I contacted Phillips to see if I would be able to get a copy of the window sticker that came with the car. I had the great fortune of being transferred to Mike M. Mike was very personable, professional and extremely HELPFUL!!!! He emailed me copies of the build sheet they had for my car immediately!! I was so pleased to get that information. Mike called me back a day or two later to let me know they were unable to get a copy of the window sticker because the car was over a year old. I thanked Mike for his efforts over and over as I was thrilled to get at least the build sheet for the car. Lo and behold about two weeks later, Mike called me to let me know they did get a copy of the sticker and he would forward it on to me. I can't tell you how great that feels to have someone go out of their way to help me like that!!!! I can't thank Mike enough for all that he does. I will make it a point to have my car serviced at Phillips even though I live on the northwest side of the city!!!! Mike earned my business!!!! Thank you!
