Bill G. was kind in his introduction via email and voice message to welcome me to Phillips. I wasn't hounded daily with phone calls or emails until I made a decision to come in like other dealerships. Sam D. was a great guy. He did everything in his power to get me a new auto loan even though I recently declared bankruptcy. Sam was able to get me a loan with a very low APR, unlike other dealerships. Now I can start rebuilding my credit. Sam was kind, funny, personable, and fair in making me a deal at Phillips.
