    First car I bought all on my own. Jim Steele made the process very easy to understand. He gave me some simple options as far as the budget we had to work with. I went on 2 test drives and ended up falling in love with a car I wasn't even going to consider before! The dealership made me feel very comfortable. I'm glad I did business at Ed Napleton Kia of Elmhurst and I will definitely be referring them to family and friends.

    I have been in the process of car shopping for several months. I had my eyes on the ILX for a long time but ended up not getting it due to price. I worked with Tim and he was professional, welcoming, and down to earth. I felt bad having to decline because of all the work that Tim and Napleton Acura went through with me, but we just decided otherwise. Perhaps for my next lease! I would recommend this dealer to friends.

    Bought a car from Ed Napleton's Kia on 1-29-16. the experience was great, salespeople were courteous and knowledgeable. Took their time to show the cars I wanted to see and where not pushy when it came to the sale. Kyle Gonzalez was my salesman and he was outstanding.     I am not one to send businesses accolades. I rarely if ever do what I'm about to do, but I simply cannot express how utterly pleased I am with my experience at Napleton Kia. I'm a single dad with many demands. The last thing that I needed during this last holiday was for my Audi A6 to go sideways. I found a used vehicle that I was very interested at Napleton Kia and worked with a bright, young man to schedule a drive. I live in Geneva and with the dealership in Elmhurst there were logistics to work through and my own family schedule to work around. The Saturday morning of test drive my two teens and I spent over an hour to get to the dealership. Guess what? The car that we drove to see was sold just before we arrived. Arghh! Really? Bait and switch? Did they just play 'the game' with me? Hardly. What I found was that my Sales guy, David Angel Wetherston, and his Sales Manager, John Res, were two of the most honest and upfront guys in business. John and David worked hard together to quickly find me yet another great, great car - a slightly used 2015 Kia Forte ES - and gave me a very, very good deal. Then, because I'm trying to get back on my feet financially, Napleton's Finance Team worked with me to get me an AMAZING loan despite my once-great-but-now-not-so-great credit. Wow. I love my Kia, but more importantly I am impressed with this business and the openness and honesty of the people who run it. If Napleton's other folks are like David and John, then this business will be around for a long, long time. When the time is right, I'm heading back to Napoleon and David & John for a new Cadenza or K900. I hope that you head there, too. Curt Galusha

    I walked in as a first time buyer not knowing What I wanted or was able to get. Kyle introduce him self and helped me to see what I was able to get with my budget he didn't go over it and listened to what we wanted. He took his time to help us to a range where we were comfortable too, I ended up leaving that night very stastfied And with a new 2016 KIA that I didn't think I was able to get I would recommend everyone to go there

    Will Mulcahey and Vince are incredible!! As are the rest of the managers and staff. I've never seen a dealer work SO hard to earn a customer, and I used to work for a few!! Outstanding care taken to meet my needs. I'd recommend these guys to EVERYONE!!

    The staff that work here were wonderful and they all deserve 10 stars. They helped my out in extradinary ways. Vince was great, and very patient with my father and I. We had him going in circles and never once did he get mad or inpatient. I will recommend family and friends here. John the sales manager, was amazing as well. He really wanted to help me out as much as he could. He's a great manager. Thank you for helping me buy my first car.

    Napleton Kia of Elmhurst is [non-permissible content removed]!! They will give you the red carpet treatment, but only until you've given them your money! And afterward, they hound you to write a good review although the service is mediocre at best. I bought a vehicle from Napleton Kia of Elmhurst in March and by November or the same year (2015) I experienced problems with the driver side window not letting down/up. Called Napleton Kia of Elmhurst and scheduled an appointment for service because I purchased an extended warranty. I was scheduled for a 9:30am appointment only to arrive and be advised that they could not inspect nor service my vehicle. To add insult to injury, I found that the carfax disclosed by the salesman Kyle Gonzalez weren't accurate and outdated. The vehicle I purchased was actually in a collision and had been salvaged. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH NAPLETON KIA!!
    • As we discussed previously, the vehicles history report (CarFax) states the vehicle is a one owner with no accidents reported.     Recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Ed Napleton dealership. I have to say everything from setting up test drive to purchase of the vehicle was smooth and painless!! The Sorento itself is one of the best 3rd row option SUV's out there for the price! Lots of different options to add or subtract to get to the price range you need. Also test drove Hyundai Sante Fe & Toyota Highlander and loved the Sorento the best. Highly recommend Nick @ Ed Napleton Kia!!! He was very informative and patient with me during test drive, all questions, and concerns I had, and making sure my must have list was met.

    We initiated our service online first so the sales associate already knew what we were interested in purchasing. When we arrived a vehicle was available for us immediately to look at. The sales associate left us alone without pressure to buy or test drive the vehicle. When we were ready we approached the associate with our intent to buy and immediately the ball started rolling, negotiating was no problem, there was no hassle in waiting for paperwork; this was by far the easiest car buying process I have experienced ever. The manager and associates were helpful and working together to make this a seemless process. We are happy with our pricetag, service and vehicle. The family atmosphere sold us immediately and I would recommend Napleton Kia of Elmhurst hands down to both my family and friends!

  • Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER!

    Went in for a test drive, my salesman Vince was great to work with, no pressure, told him I was going to test drive a couple different makes, again no pressure. A week later, called him on the phone, told him I was ready, he had the car ready to go and all of the paperwork ready to be signed. Was there for 45 minutes. Signed the paperwork, Vince took me around the store, showed me the service dept. Showed me all the gadgets on my new car answered any questions I had without hesitation. He was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

    Worst experience ever!!! Saw the car we wanted on Autotrader, listed for $10,491. Contacted the dealer through e-mail. Erik Briskey reached out and said it was available and when would I like to come out and test drive. I asked what the OTD price would be, he said figure to add 10% for tax, title and misc fees. i told him we have an autistic son that has issues when it comes to waiting in same place for a long period of time. He understood, his nephew is autistic and would make the experience as short as possible To speed things up i filled out the Pre-qualify application for financing. Credit not the best. He said he received it and his manager said we could make things work, come on in. The day before we came in we took our current car to carmax to get it appraised. Carmax gave us a $4000 trade in value or would buy it for $3,710. I told Erik That carmax will give us a $4000 trade in and I have $3000 to put down. He said come on in. Luckily my daughter was able to stay home with our son so we went off to meet Erik and test drive the Soul. Once we arrived the first person who met us (we were barley out of the car) was Theo. I told him we were here to meet Erik, he said great I'll call him. Theo directed us to a cubical and called Erik. Erik came by and said hello and then left. Apparently the person who I was dealing with won't be our salesman.Theo took us on our test drive, we liked the car and was ready to purchase. After 2hrs of sitting in a cubicle and theo coming in once in a while saying just five more minutes just waiting on the finance dept. How can we be waiting on the finance dept when we didn't agree on the price of the car or my trade in? After another half an hr he comes into our prison cell, I mean cubical and says "Great News, we got financing....$359 for 72 mos" I said no way, what was our trade in worth...."Um....2...3...4...I don't know" We say no, we are way off, does that include the $3000 we are putting down also? He had know Idea that we were doing a down payment. Runs back to finance dept, they say figure $20 for every $1000. We say no thanks and I shake his hand and ask for our keys. No NO... this is only the begining of the negotiations, let me see what the finance dept says. I ask him again what our trade in was, he ignored me and runs out. At this time our daughter is telling us we need to come home ASAP because our son is melting down. When Theo comes back with another "offer" I tell him no, we are way off and we have to go because of our son, I demand our keys back. He says no..no give me two more minutes I want to earn your business. They were basically holding us hostage by not giving back our keys. luckily we brought the extra set of keys, Because we were ready to buy. We stormed out as he was yelling WAIT..... When we got home we did the math. Instead of financing roughly $4500 we were going to finance $13,250!!! I think we were paying them to take our car.Hope they send our keys back

    Great service, just bought my new car, all thanks to Vince Balachia! Great help, did everything in his power to make sure he found the best he could with my budget and affordability. So thanks to him, i am a proud owner of a brand new 2015 kia Forte! Definitely didnt have high hopes walking in, But they sure changed my mind.

    I had issues with my brake, its a brand new car, 10,000 miles and my brakes sounded terrible. No-one was communicating with me very well while I was without my car for a week. Finally after trying to get ahold of someone, Tony Fajardo from service took and control and made sure I was up to date with everything going on with my car and did the best he could to help my bizarre situation. You guys go threw a lot of employees in that dealership, but he needs to be kept around!! Thank you so much Tony!!!- Heidi
