onThis dealer was a huge help in finding a solution for our problem regarding our 2013 Kia Sorento be sure to ask for Mr. Shant. He was the best kept us informed of what was being done to our vehicle and provided us with options and solutions He had excellent customer service. we also had a chance to meet with the service and part director named Ronald whom was also very kind and courteous to us making us aware of the situation we were in and how we can prevent future damages. Overall I feel we will be returning customer although I cannot speak for all the service employees I am certain there is great customer service from Shant and Ronald .
