Ed Napleton's Kia Of Elmhurst

I found the 2014 Kia Optima I wanted on cars.com and inquired via email about it. An Ed Napketon rep immediately called and set up an appointment. I guess there was a switch in who's I'd actually be serviced by and Vince called me and let me know that he was my guy. Upon arrival, Vince was phenomenal from his initial handshake to his goodbye wink. Very knowledgeable and patient. Made sure I left with my car and I love it.
