    Very poor experience w this dealership.went in to service my vehicle only to have appointment canceled stating that they have no obligation to service my vehicle only to have my brakes soft and squeaking 2 1/2 months after servicing my… vehicle at this dealership.bottom line dealership does not honor there workmanship not to mention barely any desired vehicles on there lot and a chippy attitude from there staff and how they talk to paying customers.zero out of five stars here

    This was my first time purchasing a Ford vehicle. Having purchased almost exclusively new European automobiles throughout the years, I didn’t have very high expectations of the customer experience from an American car dealer. I was very… surprised by level of attention and care displayed by this dealership. From management through the car sales person to the finance manager, all were extremely friendly and very responsive to my questions and requests. The marketing manager, Maggie, was very supportive and positive about my purchase and seemed generally excited for me. She reached out several times to make sure things were going well as we waited for our vehicle (2021 Bronco). The sales person, Brandon, was very helpful and patient even though we changed our order multiple times in the process. Finally, the finance manager, Nandos, really surprised me with his knowledge and recommendations regarding warranties, etc. I was expecting a very hard handed approach but he was very honest and I thought he really listened to me and did not try to just pressure me into a sale . I was so impressed and satisfied with my experience and purchase that I have ordered several more vehicles from Ford. I never thought I would be driving American made automobiles but this experience has completely changed my mind. I have already recommended this dealership to several people who really liked my Bronco and are considering buying one.

    I enjoyed my shopping experience with Packey Webb immensely...granted the $2750 in incentives were the biggest selling point, it seems like the other dealers didn't offer them or wouldn't mention them. I was able to pick out my vehicle from… an existing inventory of incoming deliveries. You can also build, price, and purchase a car in the dealership as well. I picked a 2021 Escape SE in Anti-Matter blue...with added option of CoPilot Assist360. I didn't need a $2000 panoramic moon roof, not did I want or need synthetic leather (it gets hot in summer). Long story short, the 1.5L 3 cylinder EcoBoost 4x2 FWD was all I really needed, and it has excellent gas mileage 28cty/32hwy and an avg of 30mpg. I am currently only getting 23mpg even in Eco mode and drive very carefully especially since I am using the Progressive Snapshot discount. I picked what I needed, not what I "wanted", I took the advice from my fiancé, She picked out a 2018 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid, and while being nice and relatively fully loaded, I would rather buy domestic, plus the Escapes have the Hybrid and Plug-In versions as well. she regretted her decision after seeing my vehicle and the numbers and mileage, but then again in 2018 this Escape wasn't available. TAKE AWAY: buy what you need, not what you "want" especially if you are financing any rate above 3%. Also, they gave me an OK deal for my trade-in, but was disappointed because I had just purchased the used car I had back in May and got les then half of what I paid for it, and only put 4.5k miles extra on it, with a total of 81k miles and brand new Bridgestone Ecopia tires, battery, and and extra clean interior with a new replaced bumper too since the 12 year old one was starting to fall off... OVERALL: the experience was easy and relatively quick. While did not NEED to purchase an additional 2 years/75k miles bumper-to-bumper warranty, I did so because I plan on keeping the car as long as repairs are cost-free under such warranty.

    I got a flat tire on interstate 294 on my Explorer. I reached out and got an appointment right away to get the tire changed. My Service Advisor was Kaitlynn Barg. She was friendly and was able to turn a nightmare of a day into a pleasant… experience. Great service and it was refreshing to see that Packey Webb puts women in these positions at their dealership. Kudos to the Webb Boys!

    Great experience because price of the automobile and extended warranties were discussed upfront. I knew what the entire cost of the vehicle was after license, tax, etc... I was never pressured into buying anything other than what I… wanted. When I picked up my new auto, I ordered the new Mustang MACH E GT performance edition for myself and I cannot wait for delivery. Misael was easy to work with and he delivered on his promises. He communicated to me everything important during the entire process. He wasn't selling me the auto, he was finding it and placing me into what I wanted.
