    From the start, this car dealership has been very professional. Darren, my sales rep, was outstanding on working with me in finding a car and working with me to make the transaction happen. He was not pushy in any way, but more understanding and helpful. Johnny, the sales manager, has also helped me on numerous occasions and has always been accommodating. I have worked with both Matthew and Michaela in the service department. Both have been extremely helpful in making sure my service has been covered under my warranty. My service has always been prompt and handled very professionally. Overall, this dealership is hands down the best Hyundai dealership I have been to. Highly recommend. I have been very satisfied with my purchase!

    Service at this location is always pleasant and up to date. The waiting time at this location was a little bit slower than usual but having patience was a must.Overall all went well and the personal was upbeat and very pleasant.

    I have never purchased a new car before and to have someone like Matt as my salesman he made it very easy. Matt walked me through everything and showed me the best options. Everyone was great from the managers Brent and Johnny to the Financial rep Stephan. I’d definitely recommend this place.

    Kayla Houston provided professional assistance with my service visit. In conjunction with the service tech, she reviewed my service record. They discovered that a number of important items had not been checked on previous visits to the dealership over the years. This could have resulted in serious performance problems with my vehicle. I thanked her & told the service manager what a “treasure” she was. For example, I honestly don’t keep track of when my drive belt should be replaced. I count on the dealer’s service team to check things like that. Good job on this visit, Kayla.

  • Needs to work on customer service

    Tuesday August 29th, 2023 I came in for an oil change and recall service. I arrived 10 minutes late and this added 60 minutes to my overall estimated time. During my wait, I noticed that the small waiting area was getting full. I stood up and waiting for 30-45 minutes after being told my car is almost done. When I checked out and paid for the services I waited an additional 15-20 minutes because no one took my car from service area to the pick up area outside and the customer service rep had to physically drive my car out. It is frustrating to wait for a car to be serviced but to see a crowded waiting room and having pointless delays such as a car just needing to be moved for pick up is frustrating. What frustrates me more is the lack of professionalism from the staff. A male customer service rep was complaining about a customer in front of me to another staff who was identified as the supervisor…the irony is that the supervisor was doing a training with their door open without headphones and the training topic was customer service…the only individual that performed customer service was Michaela and I’m grateful for her to drive my car out of the service area because if I didn’t say anything I would have been there all day. I’ve been a customer of this facility for over 10 years. I’ve seen bad service but it’s getting worse.

  • Steering wheel lock

    Called parts dept, spoke with nick, to see if I could get the steering wheel lock for my santa fe. Nick was so kind and told me he had 3 available. Nick explained the process to get one. I arrived at service dept, we wrote up the order and took it to Nick. My lock was waiting for me on the counter. Easy and so friendly. Thanks guys!

    Working with Auto Nation for my new Hyundai Tucson N-line purchase was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Evan Keefe, my salesperson, made the whole experience effortless and he was very attentive in getting back to me with any questions that I may have had about the process or schedule for my delivery. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially working with Evan!

    Brought my car in as service light on and riding rough on 5/22. Told the engine block was cracked and would cost $12,000 to fix. I said it was under warranty but they challenged that. I went in thinking I had to buy a new car. After talking and looking at my paperwork they agreed it was under warranty and said they would fix it and provide a loaner. I am a single senior woman with no other means of transportation. I asked about renting a car and they all said don't do that we will get a loaner. They have had my car for over two weeks now. I contacted Hyundai corp. Headquarters and they gave me a case number and investigator. He has done nothing. Everyone keeps making excuses for this dealer ship. They are remodeling and are backed up. They should have planned better. I have been told more than once that I'm not their only customer. So much for customer service. I burned a whole week of vacation time waiting for a loaner. Am now renting a car and have spent $700 +. I guess I am naive for believing all the promises this dealer has made. I bought the Hyundai for it's warranty in the first place but will never purchase another. I would never recommend this dealership. Unfortunately if they won't fix my car I am stuck with buying another car from them as they have me over a barrel at this point. It's really disheartening for me as a woman and a senior with no one to stand up for me to have to deal with this. They were all so nice to my face when I came in but have treated me like crap since. I don't know where to turn at this point.

    The service rep that checked my car in and the rep that checked me out were both friendly and helpful. One thing they was frustrating was that I did not receive a call when my car was ready for pickup. My service appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was dropped off around 10am and I tried calling multiple times throughout the day to check on the status and no one was available to answer the phone. I finally got through to someone around 4pm when the shop closes at 6 and I was told my car has been ready. I had to leave work early to make it to the dealership in time before they closed.
