Great service visit

onKayla Houston provided professional assistance with my service visit. In conjunction with the service tech, she reviewed my service record. They discovered that a number of important items had not been checked on previous visits to the dealership over the years. This could have resulted in serious performance problems with my vehicle. I thanked her & told the service manager what a “treasure” she was. For example, I honestly don’t keep track of when my drive belt should be replaced. I count on the dealer’s service team to check things like that. Good job on this visit, Kayla.
