onThe service rep that checked my car in and the rep that checked me out were both friendly and helpful. One thing they was frustrating was that I did not receive a call when my car was ready for pickup. My service appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was dropped off around 10am and I tried calling multiple times throughout the day to check on the status and no one was available to answer the phone. I finally got through to someone around 4pm when the shop closes at 6 and I was told my car has been ready. I had to leave work early to make it to the dealership in time before they closed.
