    I scheduled an appointment in person the week before, very professional representative. But 2 and a half hours is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation…also, my Blue Link wasn’t connecting for about 10 days and nobody knew how to… fix. I had to call them and waited 30 minutes on hold to reset it in 30 seconds just pressing a little hole on the screen.

  • A splendid buying experience

    I've been watching the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe for some time now ever since the announcement by Hyundai Motors. Watching many YouTube reviews and other media online. I was intending on buying a 2024 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid to replace my 2015… Honda CRV Touring vehicle and I decided to wait and I'm sure glad I did. Honda's are a very good car, but when I saw the new Santa Fe in person I was blown away. Especially all the technical advances that have been made since having my 2015 Honda. I had decide then that this was the vehicle I wanted. I decided on the Calligraphy Hybrid model. I'm very pleaded with the vehicle overall. The only things I dislike are the "EYE SPY" device that's on the column of the steering wheel. Its very sensitive when the driver is wearing sunglasses. When you have cruise control engaged it will shut off after two audible beeps Apparently it doesn't like sunglasses and also if your hand is resting on the top of the steering wheel while driving. Very annoying to say the least. I travel with a bike rack attached to the tow hitch. When backing in reverse it takes several steps in order to back up the vehicle. I realize theirs somewhat of a learning curve with this vehicle, but overtime I should overcome and gradually figure it out. However, I'm still pleased with my choice of vehicle and I'll will more than likely have many years of enjoyment.

    I dealt with John to buy my Hyundai Tuscan. Buying a new car can be tiresome. But I didn't feel any high-pressure tactics at all, and was very happy with my experience. As my wife said before we picked up the car (did all of the… negotiation online), "I'll believe it when I see it". The shoe never dropped. We got what we wanted, and felt comfortable doing it. I had dealt with other dealers before I purchased this, and I always felt the others were misleading or wouldn't give me the price I knew I could get. I didn't have this feeling here. Thank you!

    The overall experience was good. I will say that the process to get to an acceptable final cost/payment for a particular vehicle is exhausting. I stated upfront what my max.monthly payment could be and it took 2 hours to get to that… point. I could have left and gone to another dealer but I didn't. I didn't appreciate the back and forth with the finance dept prior to them agreeding to my terms.

    I just purchased a car long distance from AutoNation Hyundai. Fantastic experience easy to deal with and the best part was they didn't sneak in unwanted fees like another dealer did it was transparent it was easy and upfront. I had my car… shipped to me on time, and could not be happier, I will be buying from them again.

    Service advisor was great, very polite and helpful. The only negative thing is when calling in long time to answer phone by switch board or who ever answers the phone.

    I came in to have the anti theft devise installed on my 2013 Sonata. It was part of a factory recall, so there was no charge. The service manager said this would take a bout half an hour and it did. I am happy.

    Waited for 2 1/2 hours for a service that took 20 minutes at most. Was at dealer 15 minutes early for an 11 am appointment. Was told it will take 2 hours. Assuming the process would take 2 hours. My car wasn’t even out on the rack until… 12:50 and was done at 2:10. How is it my time is not given any value? Where is the honesty in the process? What is the point of making appointments if you are intentionally making me wait 2 hours for a 20 minute process? Why have appointments when it is all a lie?I would have been more satisfied if I was told the truth and could have planned my time accordingly! Tell me that the process is about an 1/2 hour and that my car will be serviced at about 12:30 or whenever! It is a total disregard for your customers!!!

  • Be prepared for a potentially long wait

    We brought our car in for an oil change at 10AM on October 3rd. We we're told that due to overbooking it would take one hour and 45 minutes, it took 3 hours and 45 minutes. At 11:45 we asked about the car and were told 15 minutes. Forty… five minutes later I was told they were just finishing. FYI, there is a screen on the wall showing a real time view of the bays with the cars. Keep in mind that we were told they were finishing up. We'll, at 1:15, I saw the car was just pulled into the bay. They were kind enough to comp the oil change, but you shouldn't be telling a customer they're finishing up when the work hadn't started. I did like the idea of filming the undercarriage so I could look at the details underneath.
