onI scheduled an appointment in person the week before, very professional representative. But 2 and a half hours is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation…also, my Blue Link wasn’t connecting for about 10 days and nobody knew how to fix. I had to call them and waited 30 minutes on hold to reset it in 30 seconds just pressing a little hole on the screen.
